Like the name implies, there is definitely a different taste to this olive oil. It made some of the recipes I used it on more flavorful. I can't wait to try it on other things.

It brings a certain crispiness to my food which makes it better and tastier. I only use Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil for my cooking. All my family members love it. I used it on a roast before seasoning and it made the roast taste better. In a homemade salad dressing it is awesome. This Olive oil is so versatile when cooking, you need to try it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy the intensity of this olive oil. It’s what you’re used to, but kicked up a notch in flavor. If it were possible to ‘reduce’ oil down to intensify the flavors, that’s what this would be. I love it on rustic white bread / french bread. I just drilled the oil on and sprinkle with a little fresh cracked pepper. Absolutely delicious! It’s also great on salads with a little vinegar. I can’t think of anything I’d cook with this oil, at least from a frying standpoint, as it really stands alone by itself and would impart more flavor than you want - but as a condiment / dressing / dip it’s delicious! Will be buying more.

It is great for cooking and adds a delightful flavor to my dishes. I enjoy using it to Sautee my veggies or cook meats. I also really enjoy it with some vinegar in a salad. It is very versatile and delicious in all applications.
