The flavor of the oil is great and I had no idea what I had been missing. I found this oil to be particularly good just adding a few additional spices I like and dipping a french baguette.

This robust evoo adds a nice flavorful punch to any meal, and the smell is incredible! I love it for anything from sauteing veggies, meat, and seafood to using as a salad dressing. Robust is a great label for it, full of flavor and fun!

But now that I am getting more conscious of healthy eating I thought I would give this Pompeian-Pompeian Robust EVOO 16oz a try. I used it to saute chicken breast and peppers and onions and it turned out much better than I expected. And was well seared and flavorful.

My favorite way to use it is on bread, but it’s also nice in salad vinaigrette mixtures, as well as a nice olive oil to cook vegetables on the stove in.

This brand is pure, smooth, light and excellent in all dishes! We made fresh pizzas and garlic bread and it was amazing!! I also like to use it for bread dipping oil!!

It doesn't get messy when pouring and doesn't get all over the sides of the bottle. It smells great and has a very subtle taste and smell - just enough to add some flavor. I really enjoyed cooking with it. I would highly recommend this oil!

Found this "Robust" EVOO and decided to give it a try and see if it added a new dimension of flavor. Does it ever! It is one of the most flavorful EVOOs I have ever tasted. It is a must for the oil and vinegar only folks. It has kicked up our French vinegrette recipe and added more of a EVOO pop to our meat marinades. If you like an EVOO that is not subdued this is for you.
