The flavor is great, works well mixed with seasoning for bread dips. I am a huge fan of this brand for oil choices.

I use pompeian extra virgin olive oil on a regular basis but hadn't tried this type until now. I decided to try something different and use it. I made garlic chicken with it and it turned off great! It's not overly greasy and doesn't have the caked on greasy feel like regular vegetable oil. I would definitely recommend checking out Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil

I used it on a roast before seasoning and it made the roast taste better. In a homemade salad dressing it is awesome. This Olive oil is so versatile when cooking, you need to try it.

Taste is what you would expect for an olive oil - when used for cooking, it does transfer some of the attributes to your food - for example cooking eggs shows the oil color.

I used it in my skillet veggies, cooking from my Hibachi grill. The smell and flavor aroma was so amazing. Very easy to cook with EVOO. You can use this almost in any dish you are cooking. You can add this to any salad, or use as a marinade. If you haven't tried this , you need too. It's amazing...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pompeian Extra virgin olive oil is cold press amd not very pungent. It taste very good with salads. Right flavor of olive makes the salad eatable. No other olive oils are like this one. I never use olive oil for frying or sauting as evoo is not good with heat.
