It brings a certain crispiness to my food which makes it better and tastier. I only use Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil for my cooking. All my family members love it. It is great for cooking and adds a delightful flavor to my dishes. I enjoy using it to Sautee my veggies or cook meats. I also really enjoy it with some vinegar in a salad. I used it on a roast before seasoning and it made the roast taste better. In a homemade salad dressing it is awesome. This Olive oil is so versatile when cooking, you need to try it.

Good price point and good value. I wish the bottle was glass but it seems like most oils are packaged in plastic.

Very good on salads or as a cooking oil.
