I eat salad almost every day and I wouldn’t put any other type of oil on top of it except extra-virgin . The Robust has an excellent flavor profile and is perfect on salads and for use in dips and marinades. Made some garlic bread brushed with a bit it as well was great. Will definitely purchase again.

Taste is what you would expect for an olive oil - when used for cooking, it does transfer some of the attributes to your food - for example cooking eggs shows the oil color.
