[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a couple of weeks ago and started using it the other day. It's great for cooking or can be used to marinate. I use pompeian extra virgin olive oil on a regular basis but hadn't tried this type until now. I decided to try something different and use it. I made garlic chicken with it and it turned off great! It's not overly greasy and doesn't have the caked on greasy feel like regular vegetable oil. I would definitely recommend checking out Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil

It’s rich and perfect for salads (I love making a dressing with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper). The richness of the olive oil really comes through. Also works great for cooking since it’s more healthy. I love topping pasta with a little additional olive oil as well. Super accessible and available at my local grocery store so it's easy to pick up another one when I run out.

I like this product because it doesn’t have a odor and that it doesn’t leave a after taste. This product is nice and smooth and I would use sourdough bread and dip it in the oil like a good Italian restaurant does and it taste amazing. We've used other brands but our favorite is Pompeian as it has a much better robust flavor. We've totally gotten rid of vegetable, canola, and corn oils and replaced it with alternatives, Olive oil being one of those alternatives. We're much healthier and happy with the change.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy the intensity of this olive oil. It’s what you’re used to, but kicked up a notch in flavor. If it were possible to ‘reduce’ oil down to intensify the flavors, that’s what this would be. I love it on rustic white bread / french bread. I just drilled the oil on and sprinkle with a little fresh cracked pepper. Absolutely delicious! It’s also great on salads with a little vinegar. I can’t think of anything I’d cook with this oil, at least from a frying standpoint, as it really stands alone by itself and would impart more flavor than you want - but as a condiment / dressing / dip it’s delicious! Will be buying more.

I use olive oil for most cooking needs and find the taste smooth and the smell pleasant. The Robust variety does give an extra burst of flavor when used on salads and love the smell when sautéed with garlic and onions! Magnificent!
