It definitely tastes fresh and adds great flavor to whatever we add it to. I like that it comes in a plastic bottle so I don't have to worry about it breaking. It is Non GMO. I am interested in trying other products in the Pompeian line.

With or without some extra spices the flavor really stands on its own. I'm no connoisseur so I'm not sure the correct words to describe this but it's just got a really nice flavor and I would definitely recommend
