The experience of getting the generator and getting it installed was a big pain. It works as expected and will see how it does when the electricity actually goes out. Time will tell.

Everything works as planned. My install was April 2025 and I just had an event in March 2026 where the unit ran for 24 hours consecutively. No issues. And very little oil usage. My recommended installer is 5*.

We bought it last month and hope we never have to use it for emergencies. My wife is on oxygen and needs it almost 100% of the time. We bought it so her oxygen machine would still work if we had a power outage.

Bought my Generac after an ice storm and a tornado. We have only had to use it once since it was installed. Knowing I can heat and cool my home as well as protect my pool pumps and hot tub equipment from freezing is well worth the investment!

Within 6 months of installation we had a 2 day power out event, so the peace of mind was worth it, since it was at our 2nd home and we were not there.

I purchased 1 year ago. So far it has run on call as expected. The installer contractor is very expensive and annual maintenance is ridiculous. 600.00.per year

We love this product....We had a faulty part that was trouble for almost a year but after it was narrowed down and replaced....the 22kw runs like a dream. It's a wonderful item.

I have not had an opportunity to use my generator so if it will switch automatically or not is not yet witnessed. I have great hopes for it the next time Duke Power service goes out.

The motor is cheap and defective with zero product quality. The motor leaks oil, continuously tiny drops. We have low confidence in the maintenance provider. My friends have had similar issues. Profits appear more important than product quality.
