Very excited to have a genator in our new home. I hope we don't have any storms but if we do we are ready!

We have lost power three times since it was installed, and Our Generac kicked on as soon as the power went off. Loved it!!

I have had mine for over a year and it’s been a great investment we live 70 miles from a town and have frequent power outages it’s never failed to do its job!!!

Testing weekly successful. Power outage shortly after installation in March, 2025, had quick reaction and beautiful performance maintaining the power in our home.

My generator has been in use on at least 4 occasions since I purchased it in February 2025. I have greater peace of mind , especially in Winter when ice storms take out the power as I experienced for 46 hours in January of 2025.

Kent Snider of Morgantown electrical contractor installed my generator. He was excellent,courteous and professional. He answered all our questions and went out of his way to our assurance of satisfaction.

We have 1 year with the machine and we think is fantastic. Price and noise are bit high but is a good investment. We implemented a noise isolated room with air extractors and fans, and the final result is great!

The unit works very well, and it has provided service several times when the electric grid failed. It provides us with a great feeling of safety and peace of mind.

We bought this a month ago. No power loss, so I not sure. I do feel good about the unit covering any power loss. It the next generation. So the phone application could use some improvements. Im sure they will improve over time.

I had the generator installed in 2024 and we had a hurricane in September of 2024, and was without electricity for over a week. My genetic worked beautifully. I just love it.
