The day after installation it worked flawlessly for over 3 hours with automatic switch over both with the power loss and the return of Utility power

The Generator works perfectly and the install was a piece of cake. All of the options i purchased integrated perfectly.

The ordering and installation went smoothly. All seems well be we have not experienced a power outage to test its real function and voracity.

Got it in just before Hurricane Matthew and was able to move my two elderly parents for the storm. Also able to help some neighbors.

So far little use and that's a good thing...needed to function a couple short outages and it worked as installed..very happy so far.

The truth is, we haven't had occasion to use it since installation 6 months ago. I guess you could say we've been lucky with ours...

I was impressed by the quality and its features I would have preferred wifi access but it is not essential.

it is so great to just sit a wait a minute for the power to come back on with our frequent power outages.
