22kw standby generator

I am very pleased with my 22KW Generac Generator.  I works well, looks nice with the landscape and is super quiet when it runs.

Good Investment

Generator arrived with no visional signs of damage from shipping company. Uncrated and found the front cover was damaged from assembly... not shipping.  Un-skidded generator and found manuals and engine oil missing.  Called Generac customer service and requested replacement cover, manuals, and engine oil.  Waited one week and heard nothing from Generac.  Call again requesting update and was told request has been placed by no update on whether Generac would replace cover or manuals.  Engine oil was a solid NO.  Will not ship oil, will have to purchase from local distributor at my cost.  It's now been over 2-weeks with no response from Generac; however, I received a package in the mail with the manuals.  Called again about the damaged front cover and this time requested to speak with a manager of customer service.  Was asked to send photos of damage for their inspection and review. Just received today 11.30.2023 that request was granted a new cover will be shipped.

This was the best money I’ve spent to protect my home ! Colonial Generator was very proffesional with the installation and the workers were very knowledgeable about this product ! I am very pleased with choosing a proffesional installer and would recommend this product and Colonial Generator to anyone ! You can’t get any better !
