GenTec located in Crete, IL did a thorough, clean and professional install. Starting with Tina in the office and Steve getting a timely quote to Steve Jr. and his partner on the install. Transfer switch mounted in basement , not on outside like other companies suggested and gas line was tapped in the basement as well. No unsightly lines running on the outside. If my 18 kw Generac is as good as GenTec install, I will be an extremely satisfied customer. Thanks to Steve and all his crew.

Seems to be an excellent product with great features. Real test will be when we have a power outage, but I really expect that it will perform as advertised. The installers, TEW Electric, were very professional. They kept me appraised of every step of the process, showed up on time and when agreed. They were very informative on when and how to operate and maintain the unit after installation. I couldn't ask for better service.

So glad to have this installed.To know that we will always have power.Have many friends in our area that is goneing to install a Generac .It it is highly rated for good service.We have a portable generac that we have used for years.It has never let us down.I would highly recomend A generac.

Accurate Power & Technology is a great company. The staff are friendly, courteous and provided status updates. Installation crew were on time and professional, keeping me abreast of progress and ensuring I knew the entire process and approved of how, where and training on unit before departing. What would you expect to see or use with a WiFi enabled Generator? Would you like to know when or if your last weekly test run completed successfully? SORRY Would you like to know if the ON/OFF switch has been turned off? SORRY The APP crashes, so much so there is an option to send error report OR always send error report. What you get: 1) It will say if your Generator is ready (but not if it is turned off by the switch which they now put on the outside of the generator so any yahoo can turn it off, your away from home oh well guess the pipes will freeze, your family is in the dark and dont know why), oh that comforting feeling of having a generator...GONE 2) It will tell you the number of run hours 3) It will tell you if your battery voltage is good. 4) It will email you once a month with the above information. 5) Monthly report tells you if there was problems in the last 4 weeks, not immediately The app has a manual you can look up. If the app is working. The generator when under test is quieter than the older models. For example I cant hear mine run during test, but can hear the neighbors when his runs. In 3 months of operation we had one power failure and the unit worked flawlessly.

Our Generac generator was just installed 5 days ago and today we had the ‘Run Through’. The generator runs perfectly! The generator installation was done by For-Tech Electric located in Lakewood, NJ. They took care of everything including getting the permits and scheduling the final inspections. I will forever sing For-Tech’s praises. Dave priced our unit out, Rachel kept us abreast with everything that needed to be done, and the guys that did the actual installation were excellent. (And speaking on Rachel, she is loyal to her employer to a fault. She is so good at what she does....so knowledgeable and just a wonderful person!) Thank you Generac and thank you For-Tech Electric!

I recently purchased a 24kW Model 7210 and had it installed last week after moving to an area that has frequent power outages. What a fantastic piece of equipment this generator is the Auto Switch and WiFi monitoring is incredible and works great. I'm ready for any power outages now, what a piece of mind knowing if we are away power will be automatically restored in seconds without having to do a thing. Highly Recommend Generac!

From the time I first contacted the Generator SuperCenter about the Generac standby home generator system everyone super friendly extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. When it came to the installation and setup did a great job and cleaned up and the setup went really great. Frank the technician checked out everything got everything running tested it severally times to make sure everything was working correctly then he went over and explained every part of the system and answered any questions that I may have. It has been just over 12 months since our unit was installed. I have held out this long with writing a review until such time so I could witness a real loss of main power and the automatic switch and start/load sequence work. About an hour ago we had a lightning strike which knocked out power. I jumped out my chair excited (weird I know) but finally a real event. It started and loaded in between 15 to 20 seconds which was the way I wanted it and it is doing great. When the A/C kicked on, that initial surge caused a split second RPM drop, but that is to be expected. A year ago I was hesitant with such a large dollar purchase for "maybe" and today I have no regrets. Great product. Our dealer was Optimize EGS out of Scott Louisiana. Peace be with you

The generator was a replacement . It was an easy install. The documents provided explained everything very well. The installation was very straightforward for anyone with electrical background. The product appears very well engineered. Very satisfied.
