My generator was up and running yesterday. I feel so safe knowing that my power will not go off. I work from home and the need for having my computer, internet, and work tools up and running is so important to me. The employees were great throughout the entire process. The company has been so professional even acknowledging a coupon for annual service that I got in the mail. I am so glad that I installed my generator and will recommend them highly to my family and friends.

My Guardian 22 KW Standby Generator is deficient in the manufacturing process and Quality Control Inspection and acceptance testing. After installation by a Licensed Electrical and Generac approved installer upon initial startup and testing process the electrical Contractor was unable to get the unit to operate properly. Engine started within seconds of turning on however during the testing process numerous issues occurred resulting in a lengthy run times consuming LP fuel due to numerous electrical connections not being able to remain in place (spade type fitting being the biggest issue resulting in repeated protective covering having to be removed and again excessive time spent as well as excessive fuel burn to identify the issue and multiple locations. Recommend that these spade connections be crimped a bit more to preclude the inadvertent disconnection during shipping and or startup and test in place situations. Other than this inconvenience all went well after corrective action taken and the unit work very well. Just hoping that we will never have to use it...But it is there in case.

I bought my Generac in the fall planning for next years hurricane season. But to my surprise, shortly after purchasing, we had an ice storm that knocked out power for days. This kept our house warm, power to our refrigerators/freezers and was very thankful that we purchased when we did. The generator performed flawlessly and have since needed it for 2 other storms that also knocked our power for a few days.

Super happy with the newest member of the family! From start to finish, the Generx Team delivered as promised to afford peace of mind should we loose power. Inspired Electrical installed out generator which was finished today. We were told what would happen each day and how things would proceed. They cleaned up at the end of each day. Prior to the inspection they were here early, made sure everything was cleaned up and ready to go. After the inspection Blake went through the whole operation of the system with us. My plumber/electrician told me he thought the company did excellent work. All in all a great experience.

This generator was awesome. We lost power for 5 days. We have 200 gallons of propane and did not know how much this generator would use. We would run it for several hours and then turn it off for a few hours. I would leave it off at night. We lost power Thursday at 9 pm. 20 seconds later it cranked up and gave us power. On Monday the propane guy came and fill us up with 67 gallons. I still had 133 to go!!!! I can not imagine ever having a house without a Generac generator. We ran both air conditioner compressors, and everything else. Our internet never went out. Our life was as if we had not lost power. We at times really felt guilty having all the luxuries while other people suffered. Our house was set to 72 degrees and ran both refrigerators too. The only negative I have is the LED quit working. There is only a blank display. I really hope Generac helps me with this issue. It did not hurt the performance during the storm, however; I can not see my hours etc. As a storm Generator, this display should survive. This is the only reason I knocked a star off. Please help a Hurricane Florence survivor out.

I looked at units from several competitors and Generac to decide on a generator for my home. Our home is all electric . After reviewing the others I went with the 22kw Generac hooked to natural gas. The Install was done very efficiently and the technician explained the operation of the unit very clearly.

I had the 22KW generator installed spring of 2018. Install went great through a local company Home Backup Systems LLC. Generator looks great and has many user friendly features. So far runs flawlessly. I look forward to many years of piece of mind, knowing my Generac generator will provide me power at all times.

The Spring City Electric installation crew did an outstanding job. They were very professional in their approach and kept me informed throughout the installation process. The entire process took less than a day to install. Now I'm ready to tackle my first power outage! :)
