When I was looking at a new generator for my home - I looked around and searched many reviews. Happy to say that I chose one of the best - Generac. Even with the COVID issue going, on the team from my dealer did a great job in coming out and getting the install and start up done beautifully. The unit is exactly what we had hoped for. Looks smart, easy hook up, with just the right amount of technology added in. Thanks to the sales and install team for giving me a great product at a great price.

Kudos to all involved in our generator installation. From Mike who initially came to our home and got the ball rolling to Ann who kept us apprised of the process as things progressed then checked on us after the installation to Mike and AAron who actually installed the generator. The workers, Joe, Jason, Dom and Mike arrived promptly to start the installation of our generator. They were friendly, took all precaution with protecting our house from damage, worked diligently and after completion, Joe took a significant amount of time to go over all the information we needed to know in order to run and maintain our new generator unit. We are very happy with the installation and look forward to the comfort this generator will bring to us in the coming years.

We live in Florida and are replacing our old Briggs & Stratton 7KW propane Generator with a New and affordable Generac Guardian 22kW Home Backup Generator with Whole House Transfer Switch MODEL #7043! This is a Cadillac compared to the old one! Very Well constructed inside and outside! We have installed 2 - 250 gallon upright Propane tanks since we don't have City gas out here to power this baby! We are getting older and less able to go out and start the older models of generators, change the smaller propane tanks out and so fourth! This new Generac Unit does all that for us! Auto start and transfer of power when power is out, auto maintenance run plus ability to keep check on it from my computer or cell phone is a plus also! Test run and it cranked right up and noise level is great compared to the older unit! So, in my book, this is a Win Win Purchase! Will also enhance the Value of the home if ever Sold! If the Hurricanes come a knocking we will be ready as long as they don't destroy the house but knock out the power!

I have researched your product with known owners of several years and have found every on to be very satisfied with its performance. So when my neighbor had theirs in stalled On her referral I made arrangements to have one installed. I am confident it will serve me well.

The Pros: Just finished installing a 18kw in our new home. Super simple and the documentation provided for site selection, installation, and initial testing was great!!! The unit cranked the first time within 10 seconds (air in the lines). Subsequent cranks are about 2 seconds. The installed unit and transfer switch look great and blend right in. The generator is smaller than our AC condenser, so its almost hidden on the side of the house. The unit maintains great voltage and frequency stability for something this small. It sags for a second or two when my AC starts and the house is already pulling a decent load, but it recovers quickly. I had read of people having trouble with their UPS units not liking generator power. None of that here. I have three different UPS units, each from a different manufacture...all are happy with the Generac output. The Cons A little loader than I thought it would be, but not bad. Inside the house, you cannot hear it running unless you are in the room immediacy next to the unit, but the neighbors without power will not like listening to it, while they sweat at night with their windows open. They need to hire a competent programmer to do something about their activation process and WiFi pairing. Thank god you only need to do it once. I am disappointed by how limited the interface to the generator is. I knew there was a subscription service, but I stupidly assumed that was only needed for remote monitoring while away from home. I expected the smart phone app to be full featured while on my local network...not the case. It tells me the Battery voltage and that is it. It does not even reflect if the unit is available, unavailable, or running. Overall, I'm recommending Generac to friends. I still think its the best choice.

Accurate Power & Technology is a great company. The staff are friendly, courteous and provided status updates. Installation crew were on time and professional, keeping me abreast of progress and ensuring I knew the entire process and approved of how, where and training on unit before departing. I am very satisfied with the entire process from purchase to install.

We just had this installed last week the 14th to the 17th . no power outages yet but we are ready now for them. It looks nice appearance wise . The only thing that scared the beegeebees out of me was we were told every other Wed it would turn on at noon for 15 mins BUT it turned on at midnight for 7 mins Wed night woke us up out of a dead sleep . So we do need to figure out how to change time on that . kind of comical we had a good laugh .

The Generac Generator looks good, test good, is waiting for the first power outage to see and feel how it works. The installation time was acceptable. It was more expensive than necessary for all that I had to do to get area ready and the calling, etc. I had to do to get gas meter checked and upgraded in the installation process. BUT it is done. I pray that it works efficiently and long term and that Canter does a good job of monitoring and maintaining its operation.

Hughes Electric & HVAC installed this generator and did a fantastic job. They even stored the generator until it could be installed. Everything they did for us is so much appreciated. We were so impressed with this company that we let them install 2 new Trane units. We lost power 2 days ago and the generator worked great.
