Very impressed with performance of this unit. My wife has Alzheimer’s and we don’t have to worry about power outages anymore. An outage used to be very difficult because we’re on a well and septic system and it’s so nice to have all the other conveniences as well.

Site preparation was simple and the dealer installed this 22kw unit complete with transfer switch and associated wiring in one day. Unit performs self test once a week which gives us piece of mind that it will be available during an actual power outage.

This is my first purchase of a whole house generator, I can not comment on reliability because installation was just completed. What i can mention is that i liked the fact that i did not have to worry about anything. The sales team was responsible for everything, they called and scheduled the utilities for identification, pulled the permits and scheduled the gas and electric companies to make the required connections. I would also like to mention that the people that did come out to perform maintenance were very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend this product and this company.

I recently had the 22KW installed in my home of 2,500 square feet. The exercise mode starts once per week for a period of 5 minutes; we do not hear the generator from inside the residence. The overall appearance blends in extremely well with our brick home. I am highly impressed with the design and overall performance of the unit. In the event of a need for an emergency oil, air filter, or spark plug change, the design allows for easy access by the home owner. All other maintenance can be performed by the dealer. I am a very WELL PLEASED CUSTOMER.

When I was looking at a new generator for my home - I looked around and searched many reviews. Happy to say that I chose one of the best - Generac. Even with the COVID issue going, on the team from my dealer did a great job in coming out and getting the install and start up done beautifully. The unit is exactly what we had hoped for. I order this unit after my electric service decided to start turning off power depending on weather and wind conditions. We had to wait an long time due to high voulme of generator installs and weather. After suffering thru several power outages due to weather we finally got our unit installed yesterday. They struggled to even get into our house but they managed. The installation was completed yesterday afternoon with 8-19" on snow on the ground. We currently have cold storms on the way hope the power stays on for others but we no longer woory. I would highly recommend this product for peace of mind and power outages

The cost of a backup generator buys you peace of mind and comfort. That only works if the generator is reliable and easy to use. Let’s face it, my old gasoline powered generator is reliable IF I perform all my maintenance regularly at 1/8th the price. BUT... I don’t do the maintenance, I don’t want to haul it in and out of the garage, hookup all my extension cords in the huricaine, and haul gasoline if you can find it. A Generac whole home generator is always reliable and hands free. Now that is peace of mind.
