My wife and I wanted a home generator that would work automatically and switch on when the city grid failed us. We get this and more with this model capable of running most of our house, testing itself weekly, and monitoring its status. Furthermore, it communicates with my service advisor to quickly notify him of issues and facilitate a rapid resolution before a little problem becomes a big one.

I was impressed with the planning and professionalism each step of the way, including helping me compile the package required for HOA approval. Final install happened 2 days ago and went off without a hitch. Demonstration of operation was helpful and straightforward. Unit ran well and powered everything in home as advertised. The generator works great and has given us the peace of mind whenever there maybe a power outage that our home will be supplied with electricity. WE HAD A COMPLETE POWER FAILURE A WEEK AGO, AND MY WHOLE HOUSE 26KW WAS ON LINE AND RUNNING SMOOTHLY IN JUST 5 SECONDS AND POWERED EVERYTHING IN THE HOUSE. GREAT PRODUCT.

Installation of generator was done on Jan. 20, 2022. The crew doing the install was prompt and did the outdoor work in less than ideal conditions with snow and cold temperatures. The crew was very efficient and cordial. Install time was only 5.5 hours. When completed a test was run and I was given easy to understand instructions on its operations. I’m very glad we got the Mobil Link option which gives me even more of peace of mind. I would highly recommend this product.

We just had a category one tornado rip through our town on 8/10/20 and our power was out for 50 hours. Our 20KW unit ran our whole house flawlessly the whole time. I can’t tell you how much having this unit installed 18 months ago has meant to us. Several of our neighbors are all putting one in now after seeing ours perform!

Generac with the whole home switch takes all worries away of a power outage, the monthly self check feature keeps the generator ready for the outage and the mobile link keeps all the information in the palm of your hand. we had Elan Electric install our Guardian 24KW and they did a great job, we would highly recommend Generac and Elan Electric.

We lost power less than 24 hours after our generator was installed. After 25 years of many ,many power outages caused by trees falling all over Atlanta and taking out the power lines, we were so thrilled to have instant back up power like most of our neighbors.
