If you think by just buying a Generac backup generator, you’ll receive the extended 7 year warranty, you’d be wrong. You absolutely MUST follow certain “rules” to the letter. If you don’t follow a strict set of criteria, you will not qualify. I think their procedure for this is very misleading. Not very customer friendly in this respect. I did my research thoroughly and still didn’t qualify because of nitpicking. Sad! Other then that, I have no negative feedback.

My installation was completed yesterday by Craig Electrical. They did a great, professional job. Everyone was patient and kind. Answered all of my questions. I'm glad I choose Craig Electrical. We test the generator and I was able to use all of my appliances and my a/c was working as well. I'm very pleased thus far.

I feel so much safer with this generator installed. I have full confidence in its ability to startup whenever the power fails. As a single female with an 85 year old mother, that's important! The installation team of James, Dylan and David were amazing. It took several hours for the power company to get the power back on after installation, but the team stayed until they did. They were very helpful and courteous and worked extremely hard. They also instilled confidence!

We've had the generator for only a short time and haven't yet had to rely on it, but we are absolutely ecstatic with our purchase. It looks great, runs quiet, and re-powers the whole house in under 30 seconds. The mobile link is a bonus, as it keeps us informed every time there is a status change, as well as keeping track of the time run, as well as how much longer till maintenance is needed. Seems to be an excellent product with great features. Real test will be when we have a power outage, but I really expect that it will perform as advertised. The installers, TEW Electric, were very professional. They kept me appraised of every step of the process, showed up on time and when agreed. They were very informative on when and how to operate and maintain the unit after installation. I couldn't ask for better service.

We are very happy with our recent purchase of the 18KW Guardian compatible Wifi and it was just fantastic to hear for the first time the noise coming from outside in a matter of seconds after a recent power outage. No more worries for getting water in our basement, just peace of mind from now on. Plus, no more freezing in the winter, especially after experiencing up to 17 days without electricity.

just had the system professionally installed. Premier Power out of Jacksonville was great to work with and very knowledgeable. when we did the training I was surprised as to how loud the system is. it happens to be near the master bedroom (no other option), but i figured when we need the power it might be music to our ears. we can always go sleep in the living room. we are very satisfied with both equipment and quality of dealer.

The crew from Gen Ready couldn't have been more professional. It was a 100+ degree day and they worked through the heat and cleaned up everything. They showed up on time. put blankets down inside the house, and explained everything when they were done. They coordinated the install with the gas company and made sure they were there on time also. Since the Generator was installed, we have not lost electrical power to our home .However, we expect the Generator to perform as advertised. We were surprised at the number times the installer had to come back to get the Mobile Link feature operational. All in all, we are very pleased with the price, product and warranty.
