To address this: Ensure the soundbar and subwoofer are placed within 10 feet of each other and away from other wireless devices or large metal objects that may cause interference.<br />Try re-pairing the subwoofer by turning off both devices, then pressing the pairing button on the back of the subwoofer until the LED starts blinking. Power the soundbar back on, and they should reconnect automatically.
