Hi, Shauna. Thank you for bringing your experience with the LG Soundbar (SPD7Y) model to our attention. We understand how disruptive it can be when the subwoofer produces a loud popping sound. We strive to provide reliable, high-quality products that exceed our customer's needs and expectations. This issue can sometimes occur due to interference or a weak wireless connection between the soundbar and the subwoofer. To address this: Ensure the soundbar and subwoofer are placed within 10 feet of each other and away from other wireless devices or large metal objects that may cause interference. Try re-pairing the subwoofer by turning off both devices, then pressing the pairing button on the back of the subwoofer until the LED starts blinking. Power the soundbar back on, and they should reconnect automatically. For more help, you may visit https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/audio-making-a-cracking-or-popping-sound--20150908821095.
