We love everything about this product EXCEPT one leg had what we thought was an odd color vein running up the entire leg when we put it up in April of 2021. In February of 22 we noticed it was actually wood filler and now it has completely fallen out of the split exposing about an 8th inch ragged split running the entire length of the leg. I definitely recommend this gazebo, just be more diligent than I and call as soon as you see an issue as I am sure I am past my warranty

Bought this last summer and absolutely love it! It took my husband and I a day and half to put together and a whole lot of patience...as we working in the hot sun! But we couldn't be more happy with it! Great purchase... We get so many compliments on it. We are a big family of 6 though and we always have people over so we find ourselves always crowding under it. So we are looking to purchase another one and put them back to back.

We bought this pavilion in February and stored it under cover till we could work the ground and site. It's been a rainy spring and summer so with much delays. It is a well designed kit. Had slight warped beam and that is okay now. Be prepared for many pieces and hardware ! We set up the parts in Club room in garden trays. It's just my husband and I laying pavers and constructing and we are in late 60's, but we are active seniors. We needed four friends to put the roof on. We did it and it is fabulous! Important measure, measure, measure again. We poured concrete under posts and I believe it is very sturdy. We hung solar lights to the lovely trusses, and installed Coolaroo shades for sun protection, and privacy. Finished Sept 12, 2018. Hurray!

I am very pleased with the quality and outcome of this product. It's price and value holds true. I assembled the Pavilion myself and took a solid 5 days. You will need help with putting up the frame and roof, but other than that I managed to assemble everything else. Keys to a successful install: Follow steps carefully and make sure everything is squared/leveled or else pieces won't fit properly. Have PATIENCE! The process was challenging at the same time very attainable (to the average DO-It-Yourselfer). At the end, it is rewarding and I am very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend purchasing this product. You will need some tools, make sure you are prepared before starting the assembly.

I am very happy with end results, looks great getting lots of compliments on how solid the structure looks and nice design. when I started to build it with 2 people i broke some wood (I did not follow recommendation to have a minimum of 3 people and tried with 2 and ... Fail). I called up customer service (Michelle ) explained my fail the instruction book let had all the part numbers which they had in stock. I was breaking out my credit card when to a very pleasant and unexpected surprise I was informed that part were shipping free of charge. Side note* if you follow instructions you will end up with a great product. Its over 100 degrees here in Austin and this is one of the better investments i have made- Nice job Yardistry folks!

We purchased due to other reviews. It started molding very quickly in the southern humidity. Glue starting coming apart. Instructions needed to be better for the top. Some boards received were warped...they replaced quickly. But I have to say they have the best customer service department in the world.

Kit arrived in perfect condition with all parts accounted for. Instructions were spot on and easy to follow. I only required a couple extra people for one step and that was standing the columns. All other installation was done by myself. I restained the pieces to a rich mahogany before I began putting it together. I added electrical drops to three of the legs. For the perimeter LED lighting, I installed a dimmer and remote on-off switch I can operate from inside the house. For the roofing, I did not not use the tin roof. I decked and shingled the pavilion to match the house. All in all, I am extremely pleased with the finished product and would not hesitate to recommend it.

Bought the Savannah Pavilion last March when our new Sam's had just opened. Was very easy to assemble but special care is needed to make sure roof panels are square. I erected the entire structure by myself but needed help setting the two roof panels in place. The pavilion was a very nice addition to my lake dock. Great value and quality construction!

Bought last March as they sell out very quickly! We only paid $1200 though. They have a newer model out now that has a built in power station and doubled up curved rafters. Both models are very nice. I built most of mine in the garage and gave it an extra coat of paint that matches our house. It does take time and you do need help and a couple of good strong ladders to assemble the final product. Basic handyman skills and cordless drivers a must. I did replace some of the rather thin bolts with thicker stainless steel ones mainly at the peak and cross members, it's a good upgrade! The snow has been light this year but a good roof rake maybe handy as the metal roof is very thin but the rafters are at 16” apart. I put footings down as winter time does get a bit of the north wind up here in NH. I also enlarged the patio to accommodate the grill and since upgraded the table to a long cast aluminum fire place type table. I also plan on adding blinds since the southern view is brightly lit in the afternoons. We pretty much live under it as we enjoy it that much!
