Looks good. It took about three 8 hour days with two people but that included the foundation. I had no foundation to begin with. The pavilion is designed to go on an existing foundation or slab. The pavilion was placed over an existing round paver patio with the 4 legs needing to go outside the patio area. The patio is level but the ground is not, so I had to adapt the design to my situation. So I put together the basic frame first and placed where I would place the pavilion to make sure it was at the perfect spot. After marking 4 post locations it was easy to move the unit out of the way to dig post holes. Some posts had to be deeper than others to level the pavilion. I cut the 4x4's on one end to make them 3x3 and 6 inches deep. This allowed them to fit inside the 4 cedar posts (They are hollow). After placing the pavilion and leveling, I then drilled two holes in each post and added two bolts to each post to secure them to the 4x4's. I then filled the holes surrounding the posts with concrete, 2-3 bags each. It turned out beautifully and solid. Can't beat the price. Have seen similar pavilions that cost much more.

We really love this Pavilion. It is attractive and very sturdy and strong. The overall design is impressive and was well laid out and thought out. I decided to add a darker stain and protective coat. To stain every piece took me probably 8 hours and then to assemble the entire thing probably took a total of 30 man hours. You really do need three additional helpers at various points of the construction process. I am glad that I got it and we love it so much already!

I have to say at first, I was skeptical about this purchase. However as soon as I started the assembly I found out that this was the real deal. Everything fit together very well, remember to watch the help videos and read the instructions thoroughly. This is NOT a Saturday afternoon project. As you can see the finished project is not only beautiful but very well made. We look forward to many enjoyable evenings out there with our fur babies.

I and my two grandchildren and two neighbors managed to erect the pavilion in three mornings for a total of 15 hours time. We were pleased with the sturdiness and the beauty of our pavilion. We erected it on a cement slab that had been poured the previous week. Every on who sees it comments on what a good addition it is to our condominium's front yard. A great value.

I looked at this Yardistry pavilion and other models of Yardistry pavilions and this one is the most stylish to me. So far, we have it one third completed and have about 3 hours into it. At first I thought the smaller pieces felt as light as Balsa wood, it is light, but everything is solid and looks great. Instructions, for the most part, have been clear and all the predrilled parts line up as designed (as long as you have them installed correctly). They say it's best to have 4 people for installation, but we put it together with 2 strong elderly men. Completion should take us about 9 hours (not rushing it). We like it so much, my coworker is going to buy one. The second one should be a breeze to install. Love it.

It is very nice but a lot of work putting it together. I had 3 construction guys for 10 hours at a cost of $700.00 just to put it together. I will say that is was worth every bit of what I paid.

The pallet had 3 boxes weighing a total of 615 pounds. It took 4 strong men 9 hours to assemble the pavilion. The instructions were 42 pages and very complicated requiring lots of time to be sure. The parts were nicely marked. Be sure to open all 3 boxes before starting. You will need at least 2 remote drills with extra batteries since there must be 1000 screws & bolts. We had 2 - 6 foot ladders and 2 - 8 foot ladders and 2 - 6 foot tables pushed end to end on which to work with the wood. We also had another 6 - foot table that the screws and bolts were sorted into sections. In addition to the 4 men, we had 2 ladies who managed the screws & bolts. They too had a set of instructions and organized/ID'd the parts & pieces for the next assembly. One will need plenty of room to sort all the pre-cut cedar wood etc and a very large flat surface (driveway) to assemble the roof before placing onto the pavilion. Afterwards, it was our choice to apply a coat of Natural Cedar Stain with sealer.

Overall we are very pleased with the gazebo assembly was easy had an issue with a couple of boards being bowed and not cut correctly but was easily fixable. My one recommendation to anyone building this is take your time with the rooftop framing to keep it squared before adding the sheet metal. Other than that directions were to understand

Very good design overall. A couple points that needs to be addressed are; 1) warp roof boards that made the installation/squaring (also sheet metal) a little challenging. 2) the gable ends did not come with anchors like rest of the rafters. I bought 4 rafter anchors to secure the rafters to the beams/posts.

This pavilion is beautiful but the roof leaks!!! And the company doesn't care. They just referred us to the installation directions. The man I hired followed instructions to a "T". He is very meticulous. Now here had to come back and put silicone on the seams. So no, don't buy it.
