Great product. Quality materials: DIY assembly: takes longer than suggested to assemble: Follow the written instructions, pictures do not show all materials used. The roof eve runs parallel to the 10ft7in measurement

In our new "normal," we needed shade for our patio! Grandchildren, grandparents, and others desperately need shade while social distancing so this has been a terrific solution!

I bought this a month ago and had to wait until my contractor was able to put it together. Love the finished product. It not only adds beauty to our backyard, but is going to accommodate many get togethers and good times.

We love our Savannah Pavilion. It arrived quickly, and in good condition. We chose to put it together ourselves. All of the parts were included and marked and instructions easy to understand. Excellent quality, very solid.

We just got this a couple of weeks ago, it took day and a half to put up with mostly my son doing it, three others were needed to put roof on, but for most part it was just two that were needed.

We are in love with this Pavilion. The total install took several days and a few extra hands but nothing was too difficult. There was not a piece that wasn't carefully assembly and in perfect condition. It fit perfectly on our 12X12 floating deck that we built the year before.

After reading excellent reviews, we bought it. However, the one we got was missing screws and the pieces with the predrilled holes were not flush. Also, the post are hollow and the bolts are too small for the holes. I could tell the one I got had already been returned once before because there were holes drilled into it that should not have been on it. I had to return it.

I am very pleased with the quality and outcome of this product. It's price and value holds true. I assembled the Pavilion myself and took a solid 5 days. You will need help with putting up the frame and roof, but other than that I managed to assemble everything else. Keys to a successful install: Follow steps carefully and make sure everything is squared/leveled or else pieces won't fit properly. Have PATIENCE! The process was challenging at the same time very attainable (to the average DO-It-Yourselfer). At the end, it is rewarding and I am very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend purchasing this product. You will need some tools, make sure you are prepared before starting the assembly.

I am very happy with end results, looks great getting lots of compliments on how solid the structure looks and nice design. when I started to build it with 2 people i broke some wood (I did not follow recommendation to have a minimum of 3 people and tried with 2 and ... Fail). I called up customer service (Michelle ) explained my fail the instruction book let had all the part numbers which they had in stock. I was breaking out my credit card when to a very pleasant and unexpected surprise I was informed that part were shipping free of charge. Side note* if you follow instructions you will end up with a great product. Its over 100 degrees here in Austin and this is one of the better investments i have made- Nice job Yardistry folks!

Don't believe reviews that say this is easy to build. I'm a life long DIYer, and I could tell by looking at the assembled product in the store that this was not a simple kit. But since I expected it, I was not disappointed. I worked start and stop for three weekends - probably had 15 hours or so in the entire project. I anchored it in a concrete slab. At age 68, I did 85% of the work myself, but needed one person to help when erecting the posts and side rails, and it took four -as recommended in the instructions - to install the roof sections. I only needed the help of four for a little over an hour. The kit is well made- most parts fit perfectly. But I had to do a couple of minor adjustments to make everything fit. You must constantly be checking each step for square - particularly the positions of the posts before anchoring, and the construction of the two roof panels. There is considerable work from a ladder in the last half of the project, but the components are fairly light, being made of cedar. In the end, the project was what I expected - not terribly difficult, but not for novice builders. The final product is strong and beautiful. I highly recommend this kit for experienced DIYers.
