I was very pleased with the assembly of the generator. I am 80 years old, and I didn't have any problems. After the assembly, the generator started right up.

I purchased this generator for the cold winters in the Adirondacks. We have an ancient recoil start generator, however we were unable to start it. This is an electric start. We set it up, really simple! Gas, oil, opened the valve to the fuel, turned on the choke and pressed the button! It was just that simple. It started instantly. I am more than happy with this product.

Great purchase for the simplicity of this unit! My wife can operate it with ease, we wanted something that she could operate especially if I wasn't around to help. I would have liked to get the dual fuel but they were out of stock for that one, but I'm satisfied with what we were able to get

Great product, easy to put together.. more compact then my old generator plus it has a starter on it which is a lot better than trying to get the generator started with pulling rope. but still does have the puller string as a back-up. I am very pleased overall and my neighbors said it looks great.

Like many other reviews, my units frame and alternator cover were damaged in transit. I had to take the cover off and bend it back into shape. The cardboard box it comes in doesn't protect the ends of the unit at all. Other than that it works well and is surprisingly quiet.

I bought January 2024 used only at hunting camp. Generator motor surged off an on. Used 2 weeks in January. Then started using again in Late October. First of December it quit powering the 2 30amp outlet. Only double 110 outlet works. Unable to find receipt.

I bought this generator to replace an old one I have. During the recent hurricane Helene it ran 24 hrs a day for 6 days while we were without power kept the lights on water running fridge cold and tv playing with the latest information on storm damage could not be happier with this product kept us from being in the dark

We previously owned 3 generators, a Gentron 10,000, a Honda eu3000i, and Honda eu2000. This Wgen 5300c took the place of three and now we only have to maintain 1 power plant, it rins the entire house, the rv, and takes up very little space!!! Thank you Sooo much!

Only had it for a week , so far running good , I do like the toggle display , which prompts codes that are almost right on , like when oil is needed to be changed , gas cap is loose, only thing is I think the starter on the unit already froze , or a bad connection , I'm having to use the pull cord , which is not bad at all , an old lady can pull it to get it going , thumbs up for that ...!!!

GREAT FEATURES LIKE DISPLAY FOR VOLTAGE FREQUENCY , RUN HOURS AND MAINTIANCE REQUIRED. UNIT WAS EASY TO ASSEMBLE WHEEL KIT AND START UP WAS EASY. RUNS AT A ACCEPTABLE NOISE LEVEL. BATTERY START IS A GREAT FEATURE BY PUSH BUTTON OR KEY THOB PROVIDED WITH UNIT.
