This is the third generator that I have bought in two different states and they are so dependable and versatile, I gave one to my sister up in New York. I gave one to my son who just had his first baby and we needed to buy another one to replace that. We are really looking forward to using it

Within a week I was having trouble getting it started, initially thought it was a carburetor issue but turned out to be a stuck intake valve. It was a long process but Westinghouse replaced the unit and refunded the shop diagnosis charge. I would buy the store warranty if I was going to do it again just because of the length of time it took to get the generator repaired. As performance goes, I use it to run a Lincoln 140 wire feed and it does that quite well.

Just got today, super easy assembly, instruction manual easy to read and understand. Started right up after filling with included oil, love the included funnel. Just like that, Ready to go. Hopefully will stay on standby, and not lose electricity. Thanks for a Quality product.

I bought this a few months ago. I would definitely have gone with a higher wattage model. It has worked well, except for the last time I used it. It had a hard time turning on. I think its the spark plug, but mine didn't come with a spark plug socket so I'm contacting customer care to hopefully ship me one. If that fixes the issue, then I would recommend the product.

I like the features, especially electric start. As a senior citizen, it was becoming too difficult for me to start my old generator which only had recoil. Also, I like the ease of set up with this new Westinghouse unit. I haven't used it yet but I'm sure it'll come in handy during the next power outage.

Had a 20 year old Duromax 4400 that I was using as a backup generator for my house and it was really struggling with the well on startup. This generator is much more powerful and handles it no problem. I love that it comes with a screw in oil funnel and spark plug wrench. Set up was incredibly easy, took about 10 minutes total and start up was perfect.

I bought this to replace a pull start generator. I just got too old to battle the weather and start pulling. Assembly was easy and she started right up. The real test will come in the coming days. Gale warnings and I won't be on my knees talking nicely to that old generator.

Our generator is absolutely the best! It has kept us nice and warm and our food frozen while we had no power several times. I don't know what we would do without it! It has been the best investment we have ever made! We highly suggest this one and only by this brand! We had another brand before and it let go very fast, so that one was a waste of money, but this one, definitely not!!!!!!!

I bought this generator in preparation for the impending ice storm. The generator arrived as scheduled. It was very well boxed and there were no dents or scratches. The instruction manual is very well laid out and easy to understand. I am a 70-year-old female and I had no trouble setting it up. Love the electric start feature. I tested out the pull start and that works equally as well. I was able to get it started right away. Although we never lost power, I have been testing out the generator the last few days. It has started with no problem and I will continue to do so each month to keep it in good running condition. I would highly recommend buying a Westinghouse generator. Just make sure you find a place that can service a Westinghouse generator because not all places do.

I ordered this for Hurricane season and am happy to have one that is modern and with a push button start.
