I bought this generator to supply power at home for the occasional outage. Large refrigerator freezer, small refrigerator, microwave, internet for phone, and lights. As someone that has worked with machinery and engines most of my adult life, I appreciated the quality, sturdy construction, and fit and finish of this product. I have read the instructions (well written), added the oil and gasoline and proceeded to begin the break-in period. Easy start and runs strong. I have confidence this will meet my future needs

I bought this generator to replace one that died on me. This generator got very high reviews and I decided to give it a try. I am very happy with it. Very easy to get set up, and started up on first try. It looks like it will give me many years of great service....I am glad I got it....cant wait until the first power outage to really give it a good test.

Bought to replace my worn out Coleman generator that was 20 years old. This one has lots of bells and whistles my old one didn't have. Love the fuel gauge and readout of the volts, kw, and other info. Easy to start and so far runs great. Only had a few days but if as good as my Westinghouse pressure washer, should last a long time. So far very impressed.

Living in New Orleans, every Summer, there is always a threat of a Hurricaine. For years I always have had a generator on hand in the even of elictricity loss. This Westinghouse replaces other generators I've had and this is the first one that the prep assembly is presented in a clear, conside way. My kudos to the \ engineers that designed the build out and panel has been well thought out. First generator that has fired up on the first pull, (even though it has an electric start.}

Just received my generator and I followed the wonderful instructions. My neighbor watched me and we did a test run. wonderful. the generator included Plus the oil and tools you need for the start. no guessing. Plus itis nice looking and easy to move with the handle.

I bought this generator a couple weeks ago after we just had a bad storm that knocked out our power for a few days. This should keep us up and running if it ever happens again. Lots of features. Plenty of power for the necessities. It was delivered right to my house and was easy to assemble. Only had to put on the feet and wheels. Haven't had to use it yet but so far looks to be a great product.

I bought this generator this week and love it. The price point compared to other brands was competitve and has a greater running and peak watt rate. Also love that it is dual gas and propane incase you do not have access to one. The wheels and handle make it very eay to roll around to get into a proper position for powering things up. Would buy again!

Bought this generator knowing it weighed 148#, was hoping I would be able to move it where needed when the time comes. Widow lady with a bad back and this thing is so well balanced that it is no problem at all. Haven't had a chance to use it yet, hopefully never will, but glad I have it after the last outage. Generator is heavy (expected), so I highly recommend cutting the box at the corners. This will also make set up easier. Setup was very straight forward. Got it started and checked voltages with a multimeter to confirm proper operation. Compared to other generators that I have used, this one is on par with some of the more expensive ones regarding consistent power output. The power output for this one is more than we needed and even runs my domestic water heater (Rated @ 4500w) which is the largest load that I have to run (even if it is just by itself). Recommend it for house power during outages (intended use for me). Pros: Easy set up, easy maintenance, easy to use. Options for electronic start or manual start. Enough power to run almost anything, although not at the same time. Clear User Manual. Also, when you register it, Westinghouse sends you a cover for the generator. Cons: Noise level would be my only complaint. This is also expected of a running engine at 3600 rpm. Not recommend for camping due to the noise levels. Also, do not recommend running at night if living in a neighborhood. You will make your neighbors mad, unless you share the power (which this allows fairly easy with a regular extension cord).

Bought this generator as a back up after a storm to power a few household items. I was easy to unpack and add the wheels/legs. The product came damaged from shipping, but I contacted the customer service hotline and had a new piece sent to me immediately hassle free. I was very impressed on how great the customer service was and how responsive they were. I was kept in the loop throughout the process. I am glad I bought this generator!
