Do not but this washer unless you want to spend endless hours trying to get it to spin out. Don't worry it won't, it doesnt matter how the clothes are arranged or the load size. I changed the tension bars didn't work, leveled it, recalibrated, nothing works. Only had it 3 years, and from what I've read I am not the only one to have this issue.

So far, I’m impressed with its performance. The washer is quiet, efficient, and offers a variety of wash cycles to suit different fabrics. The drum is spacious, making it easy to handle large loads, and the spin cycle does a great job reducing drying time. I also appreciate the smart features, like Wi-Fi connectivity and notifications, which add convenience. Installation was straightforward, and the build quality feels solid. Hopefully, this one will last much longer than my last machine, but only time will tell. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase so far and will update if anything changes!

I did not know how much time and money this machine is saving us compared to our old 15 year old washer until we used it for a month. The amount of money we save in water was very noticeable on our bill. This washer saves you money by adjusting the amount of water by weighing your clothes. You no longer have to tell the washer how big your load is. Which means no wrong setting and no wasting water. You still have the option of filling your washer with more water if needed. So you are not missing out old time settings. You also have the option to quick wash your clothes in under 30 minutes. A typical wash on the washer is over 1 hour. So cutting your time in half saves you time without sacrificing cleanliness. It did not make sense how most dryers have a bigger capacity than some washers. Now having a washer that matches your dryer capacity is great since you can dry one huge load and save energy. Finally a huge capacity washer that matches almost all dryers capacity. Integretion with Alexa is another small and helpful feature I did not know I was going to like. When paired with Alexa it will announce when your dryer is done. This is a great feature since we have our washer on the second floor and being downstairs we would have to guess and make a trip upstairs to check on the washer and see if it is done. This is very helpful in a house of teenagers that will forget they had a load washing. Now we have Alexa to remind them to dry their clothes. No more wet clothes than need to be rewashed because someone forgot about their load. All these little things add up in save our family time and money. And this is what makes this washer a great investment. The money saved compared to an old dumb washer is an expense that is justified.

We got it delivered and not only that, but they installed and hauled away the old washer. Perfect service! We have been using the Smartthings app environment since it came out, our internet hub is Smartthings as well as everything electronics, appliances and gadgets, Galaxy phones, earbuds, range, dryer, bespoke fridge and dishwasher, laptop, smart power plugs, we even replaced the internal hard drives on all laptops with Samsung SSD. Now, back to the washer... It has a huge capacity, we can never fill it up, but that's a plus. It came with all the pipes needed for installation, it only took a few minutes. Once powered, I opened the Smarthings app and it was found right away and included in my other home appliances. The product has a multitude of programs and since we didn't have it for so long, we only used a few so far. Since I wear daily white dress shirts, I was impressed with the "whites" function, but "normal" and especially "super speed" come in very handy. Clothes are coming out extremely clean(how else:) and overall we are very impressed with the performance of the product. A big plus, since connected to the Smartthings app, I never forget again to remove the clothes out at the end of the wash, since I get a notification on the phone once is done. Overall, another great quality, performant, and innovative product from Samsung!! Couldn't be happier and we recommend this product to anyone in the market!

The day it arrived I was so excited that I did three loads of wash immediately. The washer runs much more quieter than my old machine and has many more options. I can even wash my large comforters in the machine with room to spare. My favorite part is the Smart Control, which allows me to control the washer thru my cellphone and let's me know what stage the wash cycle is in and how much time remains until the load is done. The only drawback I have is, the tub is very deep, so I have to lean over and into the washer to remove the clothes , but that is a small price to pay for such a fantastic washing machine. The clothes come out clean and damage free, since there's no agitator to get wrapped around.

When the washer completes it's cycles, it plays musical tones to indicate it done. I had my previous washer for 13 years and it was a noise maker. Albeit a bit taller than expected, a step stool may be needed for our kids that help with laundry. From the see through window, to the built-in stain washing spout, to the generous amount of smart features, this washing machine will make families happy. Connected to WiFi and the Smart Things app is a breeze, and it makes it easy to get notifications when the wash cycle is complete, as well as program specific wash cycles for a variety of clothing/bedding options and more. We have finally entered the 21st Century with smarter appliances, and we welcome it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung washing machine is sleek looking with a slanted tinted top. The interior is stainless and has an agitator. The size is just right. Not too big or small and will hold the right amount for a load of laundry. It seems to be quieter than older versions. The machine runs smoothly, and is quiet. There are good upgrades and improvements that Samsung has made. Such as more plastic and less metal that'll rust out in the machine. Quieter and a smarter machine. The smart function is spectacular. The smart things app will connect your washing machine to all of you Samsung devices. You can check the progress of the load that you are washing. It'll alert you when the load is complete. The washing modes in my opinion are not an upgrade. For being an energy efficient machine there are no more eco, towel or a cold only modes. Plus the time of most modes on average are about an hour. Add an extra rinse and that is another 34 minutes. If your using the Heavy duty mode it'll run for an hour and 34 minutes. These modes seem inefficient and excessive to me. But on the other end a quick wash will take 31 minutes. All in all this washing machine is average and decent for the price.

I'm not going to lie at first I had trouble figuring out the settings but the ability to manage your loads through an app made things so much easier. It's a set it and forget it until you are reminded that you were washing. It's great! The warranty is great! I use to have an LG front load washer and loved It until it went out after 6 years and the parts were no longer available to fix. Highly recommend this Samsung washer you won't be disappointed.

This is a big boy of a washer that can wash a load twice as big as our old 15 year old washer could. It also so silent. The silence is unheard of. LOL. Our old washer was on the second floor and the vibration was very noticeable. We can tell when the washer was done when we had silence downstairs. This new Samsung washer it is totally silent. It is mainly due to the rubber feet that reduce sound. This smart washer connects to your WIFI and will work with SmartThings and Alexa. If you have echo speakers around your house you can set it up to be notified by Alexa when the washer is done. You can also be alerted every 30 minutes about a finished load in your washer. Very handy for individuals who are forgetful about laundry. We've all been there we load the washer and get preoccupied with the kids or other chores. Then when we realize there was a load in the washer and we have to rewash it again. This feature will save you time and money. The simple settings are a no brainer to use. It is just a knob that you turn to choose the type of clothes you are washing. The auto dispenser will dispense the detergent automatically. The washer will weigh your clothes and dispense the correct amount of water. No more forgetting to change the previous setting and having your clothes not wash properly. If you want to control more of the settings you can there are buttons for temp, spin cycles, rinse and soil. This washer does take longer to wash the clothes than my old washer but it uses way less water and less detergent since it uses HE detergent. I have no complaints when my water bill comes in and it is way less than my previous bill. If you are in a hurry and need to wash clothes fast it does have a quick wash button that will wash clothes in 28 minutes.
