[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Huge washing bin, so big my older dryer has trouble keeping up! 4/5, the only negative, the noise level is quite a bit higher than our previous Samsung washer. So many settings, an wifi, I'm still learning all the features, huge upgrade from our last model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The arrival of our new Samsung 5.2 cu ft washing machine was a blessing. Our old machine was no longer operational and wash was piling up. This machine has a sleek cabinet and a console that beats all others It's easy to opt from the many cycles and to be able to pick the length of the spin cycle and how many rinses you desire as well as the length of the cycle depending on the type of clothing is fantastic. I don't often do the laundry, but now I find myself pitching in more often. Being able to change my selection during use is also a plus, in case I picked the wrong one in error. I would recommend this machine to anyone who is super busy as it can be monitored from your cell phone once you scan the QR code and follow the simple instructions. I couldn't find a single con against this Samsung washer .

One of the things we looked for was the over all height of the unit , we wanted it to shield the drain and the hot and cold values and with the height of the machine it worked perfect and gave us the look we were looking for

I like the jingles, but the children do not. Easy to use. The lid is slower than expected. I like the concept. The rebalance feature is spot on. I think this is better with the app, but that's not practical. Maybe it needs its own screen. Cleans very well. Towels feel better in hard water. More compact than the other larger tubs, yet roomy. Recommended by the delivery guy too. Overall, I'd buy a set next time, because it looks nice too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this item to replace a washing machine from a different brand that was less then a year an half old,with 4 out of service issues.this product has a very large drum for holding items and it's up higher which is a very good feature.Controls take a few usages to become familiar with,an the wash cycles seem to be faster then the washing machine it replaced,looking forward for many years or usage out of this unit.

Our previous washer did not have a agitator and I am happy our new Samsung washer does. I love the smart things feature, because I am very busy and sometimes forget I did a load of laundry, it’s a great reminder. I wish it had more features, like a towel setting. This washer takes almost 2 hours to wash a load of towels on heavy duty setting with an extra rinse. That is very disappointing, it doesn’t seem like an energy efficient feature to me. Also takes about 20 min longer to do a normal load, compared to our previous Samsung washer. This new washer is so much quieter and I definitely enjoy that, our clothes seem to be cleaner. All in all I think it’s a great washer for the price, I would recommend to friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item is my first smart laundry appliance and without it being smart I love it. The basin is large and fits the perfect size load for family washing without having to wash all day long. It is much quieter and does a better job at cleaning then my last washer. It also looks more modern than my old plain white washer. I love that the top is see through so you can see the cleaning process as it happens. The smart features are an added bonus. I connected to Smart things and it can remember my preferences for washing and even start the cycle for me. I definitely love, love, love it. I haven't gotten around to all the features but honestly this is my first Samsung appliance. We have many of their electronics but not appliances. Well I was so impressed with the washer I went ahead and ordered the smart dryer and I can't wait until it gets here because I know it will be just as great as this washer. I'm definitely sold on all things Samsung and look forward to replacing the rest of my appliances in my house with Samsung products.
