The biggest piece of junk I have bought in my life. This is the first negative review on a product I have ever wrote. Biggest waste of money. Do not buy!!!! It will break down once a month. It cannot handle washing blankets. AWFUL

The first thing that hit me was the sheer size of the drum—we can finally wash our comforters without feeling like we're stuffing them in. The Super Speed Wash is a game-changer; it gets our daily clothes done so fast, which is perfect for our busy schedule. ​I'm a big fan of the soft-close lid, which is a small detail but a nice touch. The one minor thing is that the drum is pretty deep, so if you're on the shorter side, you might have to stand on your toes to get those last socks out. But that’s a small price to pay for being able to do fewer loads of laundry. Overall, it's a great machine that’s been making laundry day way less of a chore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have one word for you: WOW!! That's how I felt when I did my first load of laundry in the Samsung 5.2 cu. ft. Smart Top Load Washer! I downloaded the SmartThings app, and away I went! I do want to say you don't need to use the app to do your laundry, but it is pretty awesome if you do! You can pick a setting called "laundry recipe" on the app. From there, you tell the washer what type of clothes your are washing, how soiled they are, etc. It gives you an option or two suggesting the best way to wash those particular clothes--and you can literally start the washer from your phone! Th washer has a BIG drum, so you can fit large comforters in there. My dog had an accident on our comforter the second night we had the washer and I was amazed at how easy it fit in for washing! I will say, the drum is deep. A couple of the loads I had to get on the tips of my toes to grab a couple socks that were way down there! The washer is super quiet which is great. It also has a soft-close lid so it won't slam down if you let go! Once the laundry load is complete, the SmartThings App sends an alert to your phone telling you it's done! I am so happy with this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Samsung Washer is so much more than I was expecting. I love the sleek design and the console is out of this world . The day it arrived I was so excited that I did three loads of wash immediately. The washer runs much more quieter than my old machine and has many more options. I can even wash my large comforters in the machine with room to spare. My favorite part is the Smart Control, which allows me to control the washer thru my cellphone and let's me know what stage the wash cycle is in and how much time remains until the load is done. The only drawback I have is, the tub is very deep, so I have to lean over and into the washer to remove the clothes , but that is a small price to pay for such a fantastic washing machine. The clothes come out clean and damage free, since there's no agitator to get wrapped around.

Our previous washer did not have a agitator and I am happy our new Samsung washer does. I love the smart things feature, because I am very busy and sometimes forget I did a load of laundry, it’s a great reminder. I wish it had more features, like a towel setting. This washer takes almost 2 hours to wash a load of towels on heavy duty setting with an extra rinse. That is very disappointing, it doesn’t seem like an energy efficient feature to me. Also takes about 20 min longer to do a normal load, compared to our previous Samsung washer. This new washer is so much quieter and I definitely enjoy that, our clothes seem to be cleaner. All in all I think it’s a great washer for the price, I would recommend to friends and family.

Quick and quiet washer that has plenty of settings for all of your needs. I'm very happy with how quick I can wash some of my loads through the quick wash setting. The washer is high efficient but still has all the tweaks you may want to ensure you cleanliness.

The clothes come out almost dry which cuts drying time almost in half. There are so many wash cycles that leave your clothes looking and feeling so clean. The wireless feature is amazing it allows you to set the cycles that you want to use and send it to the washer all with a few clicks on my phone. Due to this feature teaching my preteen kids to do their laundry has been a breeze. The no center agitator works amazingly for my down comforter and pillows. There is a self cleaning cycle that makes the washer look and smell brand new. The washer also let's you know in the smart things app when it is done so no more having to check. I would definitely recommend this washer to anyone who is looking for a new machine as it is the best I have ever used let alone owned.

This is a big boy of a washer that can wash a load twice as big as our old 15 year old washer could. It also so silent. The silence is unheard of. LOL. Our old washer was on the second floor and the vibration was very noticeable. We can tell when the washer was done when we had silence downstairs. This new Samsung washer it is totally silent. It is mainly due to the rubber feet that reduce sound. This smart washer connects to your WIFI and will work with SmartThings and Alexa. If you have echo speakers around your house you can set it up to be notified by Alexa when the washer is done. You can also be alerted every 30 minutes about a finished load in your washer. Very handy for individuals who are forgetful about laundry. We've all been there we load the washer and get preoccupied with the kids or other chores. Then when we realize there was a load in the washer and we have to rewash it again. This feature will save you time and money. The simple settings are a no brainer to use. It is just a knob that you turn to choose the type of clothes you are washing. The auto dispenser will dispense the detergent automatically. The washer will weigh your clothes and dispense the correct amount of water. No more forgetting to change the previous setting and having your clothes not wash properly. If you want to control more of the settings you can there are buttons for temp, spin cycles, rinse and soil. This washer does take longer to wash the clothes than my old washer but it uses way less water and less detergent since it uses HE detergent. I have no complaints when my water bill comes in and it is way less than my previous bill. If you are in a hurry and need to wash clothes fast it does have a quick wash button that will wash clothes in 28 minutes.
