[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is incredibly efficient and easy to use. It washes clothes thoroughly, runs quietly, and fits large loads without any issues. The settings are simple to understand, and every cycle leaves laundry fresh and nearly dry. It’s a reliable, well-designed product that makes laundry much easier and faster.

Whoever says this is a good washing machine is flat out LYING. We bought one brand new and you cant wash ANYTHING without the washing machine having an error in the spin cycle. I have tried small loads, medium loads, large loads, I have tried every variation of settings, I have tried only shirts, only towels, only socks! and literally nothing works. There WILL BE AN ERROR. It wont spin properly because of the imbalance. It makes an awful noise like your house is going to break, and then it will literally just add more water and try again until you stop it. Which is not only wasteful, but EXTREMELY inconvenient. You literally will have to play Tetris along with Russian Roulette to pick and choose different items to move around and try to balance the thing. Which to be honest never works. Then you are just wasting energy trying the cycle and waiting 3 minutes until it spins to see if it did work, only to realize it didn't. I have probably spent more on energy and water at this point then just buying a new one. THEN LUCKY ME!! MOVED INTO A NEW HOUSE WHICH HAD THE SAME WASHING MACHINE! SOMEHOW THIS ONE IS EVEN WORSE. Same exact issue! and newer mind you! But I literally cant do one single load of laundry without having to do everything I listed above and then some. Its honestly the worst design ever. Don't buy it. Seriously trust me, don't buy it. On top of the fact that not having an agitator in the middle means your clothes don't get as clean. SAVE YOURSELF

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Aesthetically, it’s a beautiful washer. Copious amount of space. Quite a bit of a learning curve with the settings and the instructions aren’t helpful— very generic. Hence my 4 star rating. Otherwise no complaints!

The SmartThings technology is a bonus! I’m looking forward to learning more about this washer’s many capabilities and am satisfied with our purchase.

I appreciate it telling me when the cycle is done. I also appreciate the different cycle option it offers.

We also have California King size bedding and it washes it perfectly. Kinda waiting for my dryer to quit so I can buy the matching dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, have only used speed wash setting and seems to do a good job. Holds a lot, plenty for our needs. Being able to start washer remotely is a nice feature and will be used. Easy to reach to bottom and built in faucet is great idea.

The variety of cycle choices, and the fact that it is integrated with the Smart Things app are really cool. Smooth delivery and solid purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we have done about 10 loads through the machine and really enjoy being able to customize the wash cycle based on the size of the load. Like that the machine has a larger capacity but can be a struggle for shorter users to get clothes off the bottom of machine.
