After having such a great experience with my previous Samsung, I knew this one would be just as reliable—and it definitely is! The technology is impressive and makes doing laundry so much easier.

Every different setting I've used (Normal, Delicate, Bedding, etc.) has worked great and with great results.

The last Samsung purchase are still going strong and the tenants love them. I purchased other brands before and ended up returning them.

If you connect your Samsung TV's to the app, you'll receive cycle completions or issues onscreen. Overall very good quality and good looks.

Purchased this washer back in 2020. We go it for a discount at a Sears Appliance store. The machine worked fine for a while. Now the machine has a problem once it gets to the spin cycle. The machine will show an UR code which means it will fill with water to re-balance the clothes. It will do this 3x and if the clothes still isn't leveled, it will show an UB code where the clothes will physically need to be rearranged in the drum. I had to rearrange my clothes over 10x sometimes this goes into the next day because I give up. The machine doesn't have any mechanical issues etc- I ran all the troubleshooting to make sure. It just doesn't perform well down the line. I do not overpack the washer, the floor is leveled, and still when it gets to the spin cycle, it makes the banging noises and I have to intervene. I even went as far as removing the clothes and positioning them evenly in the drum and still it shows a UR code that ultimately goes to a UB code. DO NOT BUY! This washer will not last past 5 years- especially if you have a family where washing clothes may occur about 3x a week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the huge capacity. Lots of cycle options. Super quiet. Does a nice job cleaning clothes, but they can often get tangled in each other. Also, the detergent drawer doesn't open very far, so it's a little bit of a pain to pour in liquid detergent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently purchased a top loader after having the nightmare of a front loader. It’s a joy to do laundry. No mildew. No cleaning or wiping it down. I’m so happy with it. I’m 5’3 so I need a stool to reach all the way down to the drum…but no problem. It washes everything clean.

The anti vibration tech gives me confidence that the drum will keep up the performance. If anything to criticize its the amount of settings. Its overwhelming and hard to know the right settings to balance between performance and energy savings.
