It's worked for 8 months, but suddenly stopped while cooking. I took it apart and found that the safety switch at the bottom has a little plastic piece that melted, causing it to fail. I have a family of 5, and it was heavily used. It did cook very well. If it wasn't for that flaw, I'd give it a 5 star.

I bought this model in March 2024. Within 6 months it wouldn't turn on anymore. I contacted the company, as it had a 1 year manufacturer warranty. I had to provide a ridiculous amount of pictures and videos but they agreed to send me a new one as long as I paid the $20 shipping fee. So I paid it and received my new air fryer. 3 months later, it wouldn't turn on anymore. Contacted the company again, they said they could send me a new one but this would be the last one. My warranty will be void after this. All I have to do is pay the $20 shipping fee. At this point, I'm going on my 3rd fryer for this company so I declined. I'd rather start putting my money towards a better quality air fryer.

I bought this two weeks ago and it stopped working. Will not come on any more you insert the tray it shows that it might come on and nothing. I had an item set for 20 minutes and it stopped after 9 minutes. After that is not turning on. Sometimes when I insert the tray the lights come on for a split second but nothing
