I love my new air fryer. My microwave died and rather than replace it I decided to upgrade my air fryer instead. I replaced a small 3 qt air fryer with this one and I couldn't be happier. I was pleasantly surprised that this didn't take up much more of my counter space than the 3 quart one did. This has all the functions you could possibly want and as a bonus it has a light so you can see the progress without opening it. It has done an amazing job in all the functions I have used so far which have been the Air fryer, Oven, Broil, Reheat and Keep Warm. If you don't want to use the preset heat and timer settings, they are very easy to set manually. I am very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it.

This is an awesome buy. It even has a dehydrator on this air fryer.

So far, this is the air fryer that I like the most! The window and the light make it even easier for me to use! Plus, I bought it on sale for $40.

Searching for an air-fryer then finding it here was perfect great price and this over exceeded my expectations i am so happy

I love this thing. I have held off on getting and air fryer and now that I am using this one I do not know why I did not do this earlier. This thing can do so many things from frying to dehydrating. It means I have to use my stove far less. It heats up fast and cooks even faster. I admit I am still in the honeymoon phase but given the price that I paid it has already earned my respect!

This is my first air fryer and I really like it a lot, but there are a few disappointments that go along with it... After only a few uses, the non-stick coating on the rack lost a big chip, down to the metal. As advised, I had gently washed it with warm soapy water and a sponge, never using metal utensils on it. I wrote to the manufacturer, West Bend, and after jumping through a few of their online hoops, received an email back saying, that "...since we do not have replacement parts for this model, it is best for you to reach out directly to Sam's Club. You may request for either a whole unit replacement or a refund. " I went to the Sam's site to see about replacement. I live 45 minutes away from the nearest Sam's Club, so the cost of gas there and back, my time, or the cost to send it back didn't seem practical to me. The rack is now riddled with missing chips of the non-stick coating and it has just been a month since I have had it. There seem to be affordable after-market racks I can buy online that may fit it, so that is what I will end up doing. Other than that, the air fryer works great. Disappointing that they sell something whose parts are so quickly obsolete! I just noticed it is now on sale for $10 less than I bought it for, so add on the cost of an aftermarket rack if you are thinking of purchasing.

The quality is very poor

very disappointed. Bottom plate is peeling after first use. Scared to use it as I do not want to get the peeling in my food.

Very dangerous bad

I just purchased it 2 months ago and the non-stick surface of the tray and basket is peeling/falling off. I submitted a warranty claim, very bad experience. They asked for more information and photos 2 times, in addition to the information and photos submitted in their web page, for me it looks like more obstacles in the way of making effective the warranty. Their final answer is: • if it is approved "the Shipping fee is not covered under warranty. Also, we don't have or sell separate parts for Westbend products. That's why we offer unit as replacement." In addition, they changed the Shipping Fee: • "Please note our Warranty Replacement Policy has changed. I have enclosed the details to proceed with your Warranty Replacement. • A $14.95 (US Dollars) UPS Ground Shipping and Handling Fee is required for the Replacement Unit. In the event Sales Tax is required, the tax amount will be added to your Shipping Cost. " In the first email they offered: • Upon receipt of the requested details, if approved, I will reach out to you for your payment details for the Shipping and Handling Fee. • Part(S)- No Charge • Shipping & Handling- In the United States “Only” - Next Day Air-$39.95 (US Dollars) • Shipping and Handling- In the United States “Only”-Second Day Air-$24.95 (US Dollars) • Shipping and Handling- In the United States “Only”- Ground/Sure Post-$9.95 (US Dollars) The shipping fee is not established on the warranty I received with the product!
