I used several of the pie crusts over the past few months....I was to lazy to make my own crust. I do not like the pillsbury pie crust. They have a sour taste and they are not flaky. I will not buy them again.

so i bought a pie crust at locally owned convenience store. i baked a pot pie with it and then noticed it's been expired for over a year..am i going to get sick from this? how long after the best by date is ok..?
