[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not one to give reviews, however, this product is worth a great one. This cleaner is an arm saver and does a great job! I was tired of the effort it took using my Shark steam mop so decided to try this new Bissell Crosswave Hydrosteam. I have 2000+ square feet of hardwood and porcelain tile with area rugs in larger spaces. I also have a cat that leaves paw prints everywhere. I was truly amazed at how well the Crosswave cleaned without having to make multiples passes. It even cleaned the grout between the tiles. No streaks were left on the hardwood. It is very easy to use, takes little effort to move and the aftercare is simple. I'm very happy with this purchase!

My overall impression of the Crosswave hydro steam was that it's a time saver and a back saver! I hate sweeping and I hate mopping with a passion, so I've always wanted one of these! It made clean up not such a drag because you get to do both in one go! Sure you gotta clean the dirty water tank and it does get pretty gross lol but it's really not that bad. Beats hurting my back with mopping! I think this vac did a great job tackling stuck on messes with the spray as it made it easier for the vac to suck it up. And it has pretty good suction! Steam wash mode was very nice touch too because I have a crawling baby and it gave me a piece of mind that it sanitizes my floors. My favorite thing about this vac is that it's All in one of course! The vac itself is also very pretty, I just wish it was cordless!!! I think it would be so much easier to reach for it for every single mess if it was cordless.

My husband has to do the tile floors because I hate the noise and handle going back and forth is heavy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The claim that it is a wet/dry vac is false. You can't vacuum a room without using the "wet" setting. Trying to dry vac just pushes the dirt and pet hair around. We went with this machine because we needed something powerful to clean up hair from three dogs. We didn't want to have to shampoo every time we needed to vacuum. As a shampooer, it works fine. And we went with Bissell because of their charity work with animals. From now on, we will just give to a charity and buy from a different company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before getting the Crosswave Hydrosteam I used to vacuum my floors and then get out the mop and finish by moping. The Crosswave Hydrosteam allows me to vacuum messes around my house and instantly start moping without having to stop. My floors aren't too dirty since I clean them twice a week but the grout can sometimes get dirty in between deep cleaning. The steam setting loosens the dirt right up and they look noticeably cleaner by the time I am done. I think by far the steam option on the vacuum is my favorite part. I made it a point to clean my bathroom floors with the steam after moping them with a regular mop and I was shocked at how much dirt it picked up. I was gifted this Cosswave Hydrosteam by the stellar product testing panel and I could not be happier with it. My problem with having machines like these in the past has been cleaning the actual machine... not this time. This Crosswave Hydrosteam comes with a self clean setting that makes it incredibly easy to clean and store the pieces on the storage base to dry. The included cleaning solution smells amazing too and I already ordered the full size bottles.

I couldn't believe after just recently cleaning my floors the old fashion way, they were still dirty. Using this all in one vacuum made me realize I needed to clean my floors more often and this CrossWave HydroSteam was going to really clean my floors with us always keeping our shoes on in the house to the dog running around with muddy/wet paws to my baby throwing food onto the floor. The vacuum did a great job tackling sticky messes like pasta sauce and ribs on the ground from the baby. The SteamWash mode worked fantastic cleaning up the mess. It was a click of a button to select the SteamWash. You could see the steam when cleaning and can see perfectly as the CrossWave HydroSteam has a light in front which helps see mess you are cleaning up. Our favorite feature is the all in one vacuum which helps us save time since we are always on the go. It allowed us to vacuum, wash and steam all at once verde having to do everything separately. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this wet and dry vacuum.

I am a mom of a very busy household. Between the kids and dogs, my life is constantly on-the-go, therefore I always welcome different ways to make cleaning my house easier. In my opinion, the Bissell CrossWave HydroSteam Plus Muti-Surface Wet/Dry Vacuum is an absolute must have!! I instantly fell in love with the fact that this vacuum eliminates sweeping and mopping, not to mention the fact that it can also steam clean your floors for those "deep cleaning" days. It's lightweight, easy to use and im able to take this vacuum and clean my floors in half the time now! With the vacuum having multi-surface capabilities im able to go from hardwood floors to tile, laminate and even area rugs. The process is pretty straightforward, just fill the reservoir with water and the included floor cleaner, turn the vacuum on and choose the appropriate cleaning mode, there is hard floor mode, steamwash mode, and area rug mode. Each cleaning mode is designed for specific tasks, for example, hard floor mode is for the up-keep in between your deep cleaning days. Another amazing feature is that this vacuum also dries your floors! Everything about the Bissell CrossWave HydroSteam Vacuum makes cleaning your floors easier, therefore freeing up much needed time. It combines my usual mop,broom and vacuum routine. making cleaning up my home on the daily a lot more efficient. I have hardwood floors and some tiling in the bathrooms usually having to go over them in a ritual of sweeping then mopping I was pleased to have the pleasure of completing my tasks in one go. I love the light which helped me to see in hard to see places. The multi surface brush roll was absolutely a wonder at collecting my goldendoodle's fur and getting up sticky meses left behind by my kids, it was light weight not bulky with a beautiful design But i took the most joy in not having to touch the dirty water to change it so thank you Bissell for such an amazing product
