The first time I used this floor cleaner I fell in love. I've had it for 3 weeks now and I am so happy I finally got it. I love that it doesn't leave my floors streaky at all. Only problem I have had is it seems to get clogged up easily so you have to stop frequently to dump the dirty water container. Could improve on the edge cleaning as well but overall this is a great little machine that makes the back breaking work of mopping much easier and it definitely gets my floors cleaner than they have ever been with traditional mopping.

If you have a dog that sheds a lot though, you have to really keep up with cleaning the vacuum because it can't hold a ton of hair. I have to stop and clean it probably two times while vacuuming my whole house and then I clean it out one last time, and do the self clean When I am done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owned the crosswave pet pro for about two years and it broke already. I just missed my warranty on it so needless to say had to purchase a new one. I have been wanting to get the hydrosteam since it came out but couldn't justify buying another, until my other broke. My pet pro was lighter in weight and had much better suction, but the hydrosteam definitely makes the floors feel cleaner and doesn't leave streaks like my old one did. I am overall happy with my purchase as long as it doesn't break in the next few years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was prepared to return the multi surface cleaner because I couldn't see how it could deal with all the dog hair in my house. I have 2 Corgies and a Golden. I was amazed. It dealt with all the hair and dirt beautifully! The vacuum did a better job than my regular vacuum and mopped like a dream. Only issue is no attachment for crevices. I will sweep corners with a broom because I am saving 2 hours with this machine.

It's so easy to use, and it works great on my porcelain ceramic tile floors. Honestly, I've never washed my floors as much as I do now as this tool really works great and is easy to use and maintain after each use.

It always amazes me how dirty water is when emptying, didn't think my floors were that dirty but water shows me. Great eaze not having to sweep before mopping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by sharing that my husband and I live on a farm in Ohio. We have 2 horses and 3 dogs: all 3 of them trample and play in a freshly filled garden and inside my horse barn. There is no carpet what do ever in my home Because of this reason. It's all vinyl throughout. I used to broom up the mud from my 2 Bernese Mountain Dogs, and it was ALL OVER WHEREVER THEY DECIDED TO LAY. After the broom and dust pan, then the vacuum came out which I had to vacuum over an hr bc with my large family room, dining room, kitchen, eating area, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, the mud and dried dirt went EVERYWHERE... after the vacuuming, I would fill a bucket with dawn dish soap and water and hand wash on my hands and knees the entire house. That was horrible, 1 reason my back, then the contrast change of water bc of the mud and fur and grass and hay and what ever my fur kids decided to bring in. After one room was washed, I would lay a bath towel down, step on it and shuffle my feet around drying my floors. This took all day and I'm not exaggerating. This Bissell cross wave came into my life like an Angel! I used it and I almost started crying bc it did everything in ONE SHOT, one step! I called my husband inside from the barn just to show him! I zipped all over the house and I didn't want to stop cleaning my floors bc it was so fun and easy and clean and dry in ONE SHOT! Plus it cleans itself too!!!!!! I come home from work and zip zip zip all over and have fun cleaning! Writing does not do it justice. Seeing is believing and I SEE AND I BELIEVE AND LOVE THIS PRODUCT SOOOO MUCH!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit works great We typically use it on the steam mode, and on hard tile. It cleans the tile, the grout and only leaves about 1/2" around the room at the baseboards that it can't scrub clean. That would be the main improvement we would like to see. A second improvement would be mroe liquid capacity in the discharge tank. You can normally only complete one reasonably sized room before you have to dump the liquid out of the tank.
