[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because of its versatility, I've just removed my carpets & had oak floors refurbish that have inlays in front room & dining room, this vacuum can be used as both steam cleaner & vacuum. However it is rather heavy, but once you realize that all you need do is swivel the handle right to left it becomes easier to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome product! I have pets and over 1200 square feet of tiled floors. There is a small learning curve, but it is worth the adjustment to how you vacuum and wash your floors. I have already recommended this product to all my friends.

I have 2 Labradors and this machine has more cleaning power works in edges and picks up shedding fur , water drips and the freshness left behind after use is amazing!!! The only wish would be for the cord to be a little longer and that I wish I would have had it years ago ! Thank you BISSELL for making my life easier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the brushes that are so easy to clean and the fact I'm not putting dirty water on my floors. What I would like though is a brush that would go deeper into the grout lines, my floors are of a porous stone.

I love the steam addition and have a Crosswave without steam. I texted my friends and told them how great it is. So glad I added it to my lineup.
