Purchased as a game chair for my 16 yo because we haven't had luck with the other game chairs. So far he loves. He put it together by himself. Looks good in his room. Very fast shipping.

Love these chairs. Got one for my husband and myself. Checks al the boxes except for heat and massage, but for the quality and price, we can live without that. Great chairs!

Quick and fast service. Only problem was the little plastic feet that support the chair were either broken or cracked. Contacted the manufacturer for replacement but have heard nothing yet.

THEY SHRUNK THE SIZE DOWN A BIT. JUST WHEN THE FEET SECTION STARTS TO RISE, THE BACK STARTS TO RECLINE TOO EARLY. IF YOU WANTED TO EAT OR DRINK OFF OF THE SNACK TRAY YOU CAN'T GET INTO A COMFORTABLE POSSISITION.

Got this for my hubby on Xmas he’s 6’1” and this is not the chair if you’re tall. He does love all the extras it comes with. Needs to have a better rest or your head is flat while watching tv.

Power plug and USB outlets inside the arm rest didn't work. Chair is smaller than I thought it would be. I'm 5'10" and my legs hang over the leg rest by a foot.

Very nice chairs. Easy to assemble. Seemingly sturdy. Comfortable. The extra power outlet as an optional power source for in-arm charging is a nice feature. I also like the subtle blue backlighting for the buttons

Disappointed in the quality and service. The chair is making a rubbing noise when reclined. We are still waiting to hear from company for input on the problem
