One of the legs was broken,screw sticking out. Have had no help trying to get new leg. Was told to send whole chair back.

power cord should be longer. Would be nice if side tables could be placed on either side instead of just right side

Very nice chairs. Easy to assemble. Seemingly sturdy. Comfortable. The extra power outlet as an optional power source for in-arm charging is a nice feature. I also like the subtle blue backlighting for the buttons

Nice Chairs table stand is not very sturdy we just didn't put ours on and the usb ports don't work half the time other then that they are comfortable and suitable for the price we bought them for with the instant savings taking $200 dollars off

The chair itself is sturdy and looks great. Some of the charger ports aren’t working. We bought an extended warranty that was supposed to be delivered to my email and it never showed up.

I ordered this in charcoal grey. Really like this! Feels just like movie theatre. The only thing I would have liked is that the back would be a little more upright (it is titled back a bit).

Great price (was $200 off). Comfy. Other reviewers mentioned the head of back a bit but I just use a small pillow. Works perfect I put it together myself quickly

Sturdy chair, easy to put together. Came in two parts. However top part of the chair needs a pillow for neck comfort. Also it made sounds each time you went up and down and needed to be greased on the side.

Power plug and USB outlets inside the arm rest didn't work. Chair is smaller than I thought it would be. I'm 5'10" and my legs hang over the leg rest by a foot.
