This chair was $599 and they had it instant savings $200 off so I bought two. My previous recliners were also fake leather and split in several places after 5 years. The price was right so I went with the fake leather again. The instructions for putting it together along with the labeling was top notch. It seemed small when I assembled it but then I realized it is a different type of chair. It was only later I found that my old recliner had a lot of "fluff" which made it look bigger. I had the same amount of leg and head room as my old recliner. The chair also appears as if it is well made. The removable table is also a plus. Now the only reason I gave it four stars instead of five. For me there is too much padding in the lower back area. It's nice support but in certain positions your head doesn't hit the back of the chair because your body is being pushed out.. I have to compensate by using a pillow. They could also have added more padding in the head area which would have remedied that issue too. Bottom line it appears to be a good chair and I'm happy with it.

A lot of the reviews complain that the USB and AC adaptor inside the right arm rest don't work and mine didn't either at first. The chair did not come with any user manual or instructions. I even looked for a downloadable one on the Abbyson website with no luck so we started reading reviews. We finally found the answer! Turn the chair over on it's left side and there is a zippered pouch with another power cord that connects the power inside the right armrest. Once I plugged that in, they all worked fine! I don't understand why they wouldn't include a simple instruction sheet explaining this, especially after so many customers have complained about the same issue. I do like the chair though and find it comfortable overall and so far it functions well.

I bought a pair of these recliners sight unseen during the Black Friday sale. I based my purchase off of the positive reviews that this chair received. I am so happy with my purchase! Both chairs came in great condition, no issues with the tray tables, and whisper quiet reclining. If you are thinking about purchasing this chair, don’t hesitate. It’s super comfortable, as I’ve already fallen asleep in it twice out of the three days I’ve had it. And being able to charge your phone while using it is a plus. I would have really missed out on a great product if I didn’t take a chance on these chairs. You won’t regret it.

I haven’t had this recliner too long and wish I could return it. After a few times reclining a curd works it way out under the chair and the power gets disconnected. I keep getting stuck in the chair with the foot extended and need help getting out of the chair. Then we have to fiddle with the connection abd it works until it wiggles itself out again. And again. And again

This was a gift for my husband. He loves the chair and the extras, such as the cup holders. He works nights and when he comes home in the morning he reclines in his chair to unwind. When he feels sleepy, he likes being able to adjust the chair to lay out flat and go right off to sleep. The deliver and set up was easy and the chair was all we expected.

We bought two of these because of the price and because we were able to try out a SIMILAR one in the Sam’s club near us. These are not sold in store and can only be shipped to your home. Each recliner in the box weighs 123#. I am surprised they weren’t damaged in shipping. I didn’t feel they were boxed with enough padding and the boxes had holes all in them when they arrived, but they were in good shape. Overall, they are okay and because they were on sale for a decent price, I think we can live with them for a while if they hold up. Now, set up was fairly easy. The outlets in the arm rest had no power in either recliner. I called customer service and was told about an additional plug inside the zippered dust cover underneath the chair. The instructions say there is ONE cord and I found it inside the armrest that contained the table, but you have TWO power cords for each recliner that are needed to get everything to work. Kind of messy with all the cords. I am pleased with the speed it reclines and the smoothness. I do like the support and the firmness. It’s not soft and plush at all. Lumbar area seems to be well supported. Arm rests seem too high. Head area is way too far back. I have to have a pillow to support my head. This is really my only gripe. Love the table and cup holders and storage compartments! I am 5’9” and my husband is about 6’1” and they seem so for length.

We bought two of these and chose them because we needed smaller sized recliners for the space. The table on one of them is very wobbly. The USB ports inside the armrests don't work on either of them. I emailed the company about that, but no response. You do in fact need a pillow for your head/neck while sitting in them. We like the armrest storage, the size, the power reclining mechanism, and the look though. We got them on sale, and overall they work for what we need, but aren't amazing.

Let me start by saying these chairs (I purchased two of them online) LOOK amazing. They immediately catch your eye when you enter the room. The leather feels great, they are sturdy, and the "spinnable" tray on the right arm is a very convenient feature. Unfortunately, I don't think this chair was made for people taller than 5'8". I am only 6'1", and the top of my shoulders reach the top of the chair in the chair's natural position. This means my entire neck and head have no support at all unless I want to stare at the ceiling. When I put the chair into reclining mode, it didn't get any better. With just my feet up and sitting with the back vertical, my ankles are at the end of the footrest, and when I completely recline, it feels like you are in a dentist's chair, as there is nothing to promote your head forward. You are literally staring at the ceiling. I've had to borrow my wife's travel neck pillow just to be able to watch TV. I wanted SO MUCH to fall in love with these, as I shopped around all summer before placing this order. They may be a perfect fit for many other people- just not me. I'll be returning them this week.

Chair is awesome, great quality for the price. It arrived quickly. We had an issue with one of the chairs we purchased. Sams club sent a new one right away. Only issue is they use a third party for the return and they are terrible to work with! You can’t schedule the return you get a text the day or two before saying we will be there at this timeframe, most of the time it does not work and when I changed my schedule to make it work they did not show up. Sams club says there is nothing they can do about it and I have to return through them because it is a large item. I will not purchase a large online item again for this reason.

Cheap material!! I bought this theater recliner for my husband for Christmas 2019. The chair has worked great; however, by Christmas 2020, the material on the headrest had a section that has rubbed off, about the size of a silver dollar. I contacted the manufacturer with pictures and they sent a third party repair person who laughed and said he couldn’t repair it. I was contacted by Abbyson, the manufacturer, who told me it couldn’t be repaired and they couldn’t do anything about it. So if you’re ok with spending the money for a one year chair, buy it. I hoped it would have lasted longer!
