The chairs arrived well packed and in perfect shape. We easily removed the two pieces the chair was shipped in and placed the back onto the two guides to secure the back to the base. Works better if two people assemble as it is difficult for one person to see the guides and line them up. Went very smoothly with one person lining up and one person handling the back. Push into place and all went well. With the chair on its side unzip the compartment on the bottom side and pull the power cord for the arm out . It is about a three foot cord. Set chair upright and from the left arm storage get the tray and 2nd cord out and plug it into thr chair. Then turn the switch on back of chairon . Plug both plugs in and you will have a great chair. Remember, two cords are included in different locations with in the chair. Bottom line we love the chairs. Great service on the shipping and fedex delivery was wthin the two hr windowe were tracking. This was all Christmas week. Great job everybody.

Chair was delivered yesterday. I got it into the house and put together, but when hit the button to put it back in its upright position after reclining it pops and splinters of wood end up on my floor. I turned it over and you can tell that when the chair was built they did not center it properly so the left side is farther over than the right and is apparently hitting the wood underneath. I guess I will have to lug this worthless chair back to Sams for a refund before it breaks entirely.

I've had my Travis recliner for 8 months. It did start making a fart like sound when changing positions from the seat cushion rubbing against the inside of the armrest. I slid a 4 inch by 12 inch piece of ordinary kitchen wax paper between the side of the seat cushion and the side of the arm rest, and no more noise. Since the paper is only 4 inches beside the cushion it is not interfering with any of the internal mechanics within the recliner. The wax paper allows movement without the surfaces dragging against each other and causing the ugly noise. I love this chair. I use it every day for hours. The control buttons are a good size, easy to reach on the inside of the armrest, and they have a subtle blue light. You can recline in any position, there are no preset positions. To fully recline it does need to be about 12 inches from the wall measured from the top of the back cushion.

I bought a pair of these recliners sight unseen during the Black Friday sale. I based my purchase off of the positive reviews that this chair received. I am so happy with my purchase! Both chairs came in great condition, no issues with the tray tables, and whisper quiet reclining. If you are thinking about purchasing this chair, don’t hesitate. It’s super comfortable, as I’ve already fallen asleep in it twice out of the three days I’ve had it. And being able to charge your phone while using it is a plus. I would have really missed out on a great product if I didn’t take a chance on these chairs. You won’t regret it.

I was a bit skeptical purchasing recliners I've never sat in but I'm thoroughly impressed with the product so far. The seats are very comfortable and the power outlet in left arm storage is a convenient feature. I'm buying another one to complete my home theater setup and I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for quality leather recliners at a great price.

I bought this for my 16 year old son’s room for Christmas. I was a little worried about buying without seeing, but I trusted the reviews. This chair was super easy to set up. Took 2 minutes and my son loves it! We may buy more for our theatre room in the basement. Wish they made a navy one. Buy this!

Cheap material!! I bought this theater recliner for my husband for Christmas 2019. The chair has worked great; however, by Christmas 2020, the material on the headrest had a section that has rubbed off, about the size of a silver dollar. I contacted the manufacturer with pictures and they sent a third party repair person who laughed and said he couldn’t repair it. I was contacted by Abbyson, the manufacturer, who told me it couldn’t be repaired and they couldn’t do anything about it. So if you’re ok with spending the money for a one year chair, buy it. I hoped it would have lasted longer!

I bought this particular chair for my wife to replace a theater recliner that I bought from a big box furniture store 4 years ago. That was a piece of junk. My wife likes the firmness of the seat and cushion. The hidden compartments are very handy as well as the cup holder. The little table is really clever. I like the built-in power supply. I have to admit, the $300 off special price was the clincher.

Ok recliner that's probably a 2 to 2.5 start. As others have mentioned there is no neck or head support and starting to recline, I found it needs a pillow of some sort. Seats are firm and may or may not break in over time. The material is sticky to the skin, plan on seat covers. A positive is they do have a 110 outlet in the console with extra USB outlets typically not found in theater recliners. Electrical didn't work on all of them, but think it's a loose connection. Thought about returning them but too much of a pain. For an economical solution, they are ok. For high end quality and comfort I would look else where but every thing has a place. So based on the spectrum of where these fit in, price, quality etc, would probably say 2.5 stars. A few of the things a head pillow and cover can resolve.

First of all it was obviously repackaged, which leads me to believe that it was a return. The table is terrible (see video), it looks like the slot you slide the table into is going to break very quickly. It’s flimsy, I t has to be defective. Next- the USB ports and one AC outlet doesn’t work. Then- the chair back will not snap into the left side connection. When I look at it, it appears to be mounted incorrectly. Another problem, because he was repackaged, it was jammed into the box. You could tell he was repackaged, but I had to damage the box to get the chair out of the box. Hopefully, Sam’s club will take the chair back at the store, because the box is too damaged to put the chair back in it. So, it will not let me upload my video to show how it’s junk. The photos hopefully show the gap between the connection on the chair and the table. That causes the table to be useless because it’s so loose- and it’s just a matter of time before the metal plate where the desk shaft slides into- it will soon just come off the chair permanently.
