Using this to keep the power on my fiber internet connection which also has my telephone connection. It is supposed to have enough power to survive for 45 minutes if I read the specification correctly so it is a good fit for what I needed.

Very easy to use. Plugs are well labeled on the back of the unit as to which are back-up and which are normal. I like the two additional device ports on the front. That saved me two additional plugs in the back.

i was use to ups power supply....this product is higher capacity but/and the price is higher. i do like the LCD screen/readout. it is needed here at the lighting capital of the usa/world.

Item works as advertised. I live in an area that gets several electrical blips a month. Currently this backup is powering my computer, modem and satellite receiver. Seems to work as advertised.

This is my second UPS from CyberPower. First one working great after several years protecting my PC. So when I needed to acquire another UPS for my TV I chose the same brand.

Is a good product for its design. I thought it was the big backup unit like what I got several years ago. This one is too small for my needs so I’ll be taking them back. For a computer office or entertainment set up it would be perfect. I am needing backups for my AC and Refrigerator to help them through very short outages or spikes we have occasionally.

I purchased the cyber power 4 months ago, and it would not hold a charge. I contacted the Cyber Power customer service and spoke to the help desk. They determined that because I have a surge protector plugged into the battery surge outlet, they voided all warranty. They said there is clearly a battery issue, but there is nothing they can do for me. I asked how I was supposed to know this, and I was told it is in the manual under warranty. The manual states to go to their website to review terms. If you go to their site, it says to refer to the manual. Beware, this is a waste of money, and the company will not stand behind their product!

I had my computer router and home phone on it. Just my luck power went out 2 days after installing it. It actually worked very well keeping all three of them powered up and working just as if I had power. I would recommend it to anyone that owns a business

overloads at 143 watts, bought two of these for small backups, had no power to backup anything and just had a hurricane, so I had to go out in 75 mph wind to connect my generator so I am not happy but refraining from using the language I used when this product failed!!!

We bought two. One for our living room electronics and the other for my wife’s home office. Both have worked flawlessly. The switch over to back up power is instantaneous so nothing is lost on her computer. I especially like the mute button on the front so if the lost grid power warning beep comes on it’s just a quick push to mute it. Having owned other UPS’s that won’t stop beeping until you’re just about out of your mind makes this feature it’s worth every penny. The only downside side is nearly all UPS devices including this one continue to use lead acid batteries which go bad in 4-5 years and need to be replaced. The manufacturers really need to get with the times and update them with more current battery technology.
