Great UPS at a great price. I primarily use it to backup my Internet Gateway Device. This way, when I have brief power outages, my gateway stays up and running. Also, my laptop stays up and running off its internal battery. I can maintain my work-from-home online status for over an hour during power outages.

Bought this to replace a 600VA battery backup that had gone bad, and was glad I did. This is used to keep my home network (cable modem, wifi router, and cellspot) operating during power outages. The old 600VA would give me between 30 and 45 minutes of service before it went completely out, and this one, although not totally twice the battery power, tells me will give me over 300 minutes (5 hours) of backup, ehich I didn't actually believe...but sure enough last weekend's storms knocked out the power for 7 hours...and this thing kept it going for 280 minutes (4hrs 40 min). So very happy with the upgrade and the backup power.

I like the slender shape of the battery backup. I like the added feature of the USB-A and USB-C. I’m loving the display that this backup provide. I also like that the plug is able to be flush agains the outlet. I love all the additional surge protected outlets. What I really like about this backup is that it will protect my sewing machine Incase we have a power surge. I love the added protection.

Plenty of outlets. USB ports on the front. Leaves outlets available for other items rather than plugging in a USB charger. Like the LCD on the front.

Our household uses CyberPower Battery Backups for our garage opener mechanism. This means our garage door doesn't lock us in or out when there is a power outage. Reliable protection in an electrified world.

Functionality is as expected, and nice, but not sure it holds 9Ah as spec'ed. Either that or I got a bad unit: Using it as a power bank during hurricane Milton to recharge an old phone through USB depleted over 50% of the fully charged UPS. The phone is 7yrs old with an original 3300mAh battery, prolly only half that capacity today. Mind you, this is a UPS (and used as such) not a power bank. But 9Ah should still be 9Ah.

Only uses a single 12V 9Ah battery, unlike the prior versions Sams used to sell that utilized a 24V system with two 12V 7Ah batteries. But in a pinch, when there isn't any other option, this works ok for a hundred bucks (on sale).

This backup still works, which says a lot for the way it arrived. FedEx gave us a tracking number and delivery date 2 days after the order. On the delivery date my office received tracking notice that the item was delivered. It wasn't. The following day I received FedEx notice of delivery for that day and every business day there after for the next week. It never arrived. After contacting Sam's 2 weeks after the order date the rep. stated it would arrive that day. It did, but it was not my office's "Normal" FedEx delivery driver. This driver left the package in a corner and didn't notify the office manager of the package arrival, yet the tracking said my office signed for the package. The box it was shipped in was destroyed and retaped in all the corners. All the inner air bag protective packing was destroyed and the manufacturers box was bashed in. Basically the driver dropped and ran. The package looked like it was part of a World Cup soccer match that went badly. Time to change shippers Sam's Club.

I thought this was an upgrade from my older horizontal unit that died. Um, no! Rethink based on design. The function may work great but didn’t even get that far. The plugs on the back are all clumped together (no extra room on any of them). Because of that, on the surge and backside, I could only plug in one of my items which plugs sideways. The bottom plug would have been open too (that makes 2/5 plugs I could use), but because of the size of my plug being a box, I couldn’t even use the bottom plug because the unit would not have sat flush on the floor then. So… I successfully could use 1/5 of the backup plugs and that’s the whole reason I bought it. Far cheaper surge only protectors. I ended up returning the unit and will buy another top mount plug with space between plugins.

Waste of money. Does not hold even couple minutes and it shutting of after power cut off. It’s not like over loaded with devices. One PC with WiFi modem and a printer. Total waste of money and time.
