My daughter has a lot of power glitches where she lives. One circuit breaker tripped every time because they have a lot of equipment on that circuit. Replacing the breaker did not help. if the power stayed off for 10 or more seconds, the breaker did not trip. Installing the CyberPower Battery Backup w/ Surge Protection solved the problem.

As an at home worker, if we have a brown out meant waiting for the internet to reboot back up. Now with these on my computer and a second on my Starlink - brown or black outs means I can continue to work for 400+ minutes. What a win for me! Solid battery backup.

Since so many of the items you want on backup, such as cable modem and WiFi router have their own at plug power adapters, it's a bit tight to plug much else in . My solution was to use a 3way plug adapter for my power adapters, then I was able to plug in desktop and cell phone mini Tower

I purchased two of these to replace old UPSes that the batteries had failed in. It was going to cost more to replace just the batteries than Sam's had this on sale for. It is a decent unit, but I will say it would be a 5 star review if they had at least two of the outlets setup for power bricks, especially with the location of the power cord for the unit. Again it is a good product with a few tweaks it could be a much better product.

This backup still works, which says a lot for the way it arrived. FedEx gave us a tracking number and delivery date 2 days after the order. On the delivery date my office received tracking notice that the item was delivered. It wasn't. The following day I received FedEx notice of delivery for that day and every business day there after for the next week. It never arrived. After contacting Sam's 2 weeks after the order date the rep. stated it would arrive that day. It did, but it was not my office's "Normal" FedEx delivery driver. This driver left the package in a corner and didn't notify the office manager of the package arrival, yet the tracking said my office signed for the package. The box it was shipped in was destroyed and retaped in all the corners. All the inner air bag protective packing was destroyed and the manufacturers box was bashed in. Basically the driver dropped and ran. The package looked like it was part of a World Cup soccer match that went badly. Time to change shippers Sam's Club.

Bought this to replace a 600VA battery backup that had gone bad, and was glad I did. This is used to keep my home network (cable modem, wifi router, and cellspot) operating during power outages. The old 600VA would give me between 30 and 45 minutes of service before it went completely out, and this one, although not totally twice the battery power, tells me will give me over 300 minutes (5 hours) of backup, ehich I didn't actually believe...but sure enough last weekend's storms knocked out the power for 7 hours...and this thing kept it going for 280 minutes (4hrs 40 min). So very happy with the upgrade and the backup power.

Using this to keep the power on my fiber internet connection which also has my telephone connection. It is supposed to have enough power to survive for 45 minutes if I read the specification correctly so it is a good fit for what I needed.

i was use to ups power supply....this product is higher capacity but/and the price is higher. i do like the LCD screen/readout. it is needed here at the lighting capital of the usa/world.

Item works as advertised. I live in an area that gets several electrical blips a month. Currently this backup is powering my computer, modem and satellite receiver. Seems to work as advertised.
