The test of an air fryer is whether or not it can fry chicken in a timely manner. This is nothing more than a glorified toaster oven. As far as toast it took longer in this oven than it doesn't my pop up.. In my old air fryer it takes 17 minutes to fry chicken. In this I cooked the chicken longer because the skin did not look crispy. I cooked it for 25 minutes, and it still came out not completely cooked and without a crispy skin. Very disappointed, I was hoping this would combine a couple of appliances and make a little room.

This is one of the worst purchases I have ever made. The first time I used the fryer grill white smoke came explosively billowing out (chicken thighs). It continues to emit rancid smelling smoke each and every time I use it no matter what the food item is. It is difficult and time consuming to clean and must be cleaned between each use due to the food splatters it creates which if left in place would only add to more smoke and stench with the next use. The fryer becomes extremely hot during use and drips residue from the air-vents located underneath the bottom of the fryer deck as well. I wouldn't recommend this air fryer grill to anyone. I would take it back in a heart beat if I could.

We bought this because it was so roomy and I could air fry several items at once (we LOVE our other air fryer). Wrong. This oven does not air fry. It's just an oven that blows a little air. It takes forever to cook something on the "air fry" setting. And the knobs are very hard to turn; impossible if your hands are a little wet. No ridges to help you turn. Just a round, slick hard'to-turn knob. It's fine as a toaster oven but not worth the price and don't plan on air frying with it.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. The toast cycle never really worked all that great buy if you put it on broil it was fine. A month after that it stopped working. Nothing works at all and you only get 30 days to return it. I am so disappointed I have their big airfryer but my toaster oven died and I thought this would be a great replacement.

Bought this less than 1 year ago. Timer knob has progressively gotten harder to turn. Does not accurately time anymore. Toast function basically no longer works. Warranty is useless as after 60 days returning the unit requires the consumer to ship the unit back to the company TriStar products at my expense. No way I am spending $50 or more to send this piece of junk back to TriStar. Terrible purchase on my part. I should have read the warranty after opening the box and sealed it back up and returned to Sam's Club.

This air fryer is great but there are 2 things that bothers me. 1- Cleaning: The side where the fan is located is very difficult to clean. I tried my magic eraser and it shredded it. Same thing happened with a cloth. Then, when you think you already clean it and try to use it, all the little pieces of magi eraser and cloth got ejected and get stuck in your food. 2- The dials for the temperature, the time and type they need to have some type of material that helps get a grip to it. My hands are very soft but dry because of all the hand sanitizer during covid and sometimes it was very difficult to be able to turn the dial on. Otherwise this air fryer works fine.

So far, so good. Chicken came out absolutely delicious.

Cooks nice but knobs are very hard to turn. Surprising amount of smoke on some air fries.

The oven was a Christmas Gift and it came with the left side dented in. Can she return it to Sams?

I bought this air fryer for both of my daughters a d they love it. They make everything in it.
