My wife was simply coming sausage (literally 6 round patties) and we thought the Fryer was broken due to ALL THE SMOKE gushing from the sides of the door. We had to open the front, back door and windows to let the smoke out of the house. My wife was going to fry chicken this evening but we don’t want our neighbors to call the fire dept thinking our house is on fire. Sad thing is we gave our Son the Power Xl oven fryer (which we loved)…should have kept it. VERY DISAPPOINTED…this is a very bad choice!!!!

I bought 3 of these last year. All 3 do not cook at temp any higher than 250. These were gifts & are garbage. Do NOT recommend. Took over 2 hrs to try to rotisserie a chicken to only move it to a oven. Anyone want to buy a used 1 with accessories for $50 shoot me a message. Sadly disappointed.

Have had for about a year and doesn’t heat up as it did new. Toast took less than 5 minutes new, now 15+. Good idea, just doesn’t have the quality and reliability I look for. I had a $25 toaster oven for 5+ years and thought this being an air fryer, would be good for family with busy schedule. That is not the case. Im looking for a replacement.

This is a useless item. I have had it for several months and it does nothing well. Toasting just drys out the bread like it is stale rather than toasting. We have tried burgers several times and it smokes like crazy and leaves puddles of grease under the machine that I did not find right away. The Ewe factory with this is high. It is hard to clean and the drip tray discolored on the first use. Our 40$ air fryer is far superior to this as well. We bought this because we don't have a lot of counter space and I thought the multi function would be great and a space saver. I have not found one thing this does well. It is a BIG disappointment

Poor design - grease drips down onto burners and creates tons of smoke, and can (and does) burst into flames. I had fairly exciting fires inside the unit in 3 out of the 5 times I tried to use it. I stopped using it out of worry that it would burn my house down. Called the company and got no useful help from CS.

I returned it to the store this morning. Wasn't the Air Fryer itself. The store sold me a USED appliance. It had burn marks and was full of crumbs and dirty. Very unhappy. Bought it on sale and returned it when it wasn't, so I didn't get another.

I purchased this toaster over 6 months ago and it died last evening. I am very disappointed . It wouldn't heat or cook and blew cold air. Definitely wouldn't recommend this product and will try to get my money back. Wish I could've given it a big fat 0. Do not buy.

Google this oven and you will see many people complaining about the defective temperature control. It works fine for 6 months - year and then fails. It won't get very warm anymore even at the highest setting - it can't even brown toast. DO NOT BUY THIS - you are just throwing your money away. Mine broke after the warranty, so now is an expensive paperweight. I contacted the manufacturer to purchase a new temperature control and they won't sell me one. They say the entire unit need replaced/purchased. NO THANKS.

There is NO possible way this heats up to 450 degrees. It takes over 25 minutes for a refrigerator temperature hot dog to even LOOK slightly cooked. I am angry that I spent my money on something that takes 3 times as long as it should. The only thing that works well is the 'grill' setting.

WOW, bought competitors product and tried it. Set at 400 it barely made 300 using IR thermometer. Took it back and went to Sam's Club and settled on the Power XL air fryer/grill. Set point 350, actual 347. We have air fried bruschetta several times the past few days (the unit is outside on patio, under cover) and with the wind blowing, no issues! I'd give this unit a strong 5 stars!
