We thoroughly read the instructions before using it. All 3 times, it smoked up my kitchen so bad that my smoke alarm went off each time.

Had this for more than a year. It was awesome when we started using it. However, the heating efficiency started dropping down and it is now taking so much time even to toast a bread. The timer knob doesn't move sometimes, once I start it.

Never seemed to work quite right. Light stoped working after 2 months and at 10 months there is no heat at all. Sams wouldn’t exchange. I won’t buy appliances from Sams or this manufacturer again. So wasteful.

There is nothing at the bottom of this fryer to stop the oil from chicken from dripping on the burners. I put foil on the pan that you sit under the burner but too much oil was dripping and cause a fire.

Worst thing I ever bought. Smokes why to much and leaks grease out on to our counter( And yes I'm using the drip pan and there is no grease in the pan. Wish I had never bought it

dont bother with this one...it took 30 minutes to get semi done frozen fries...I gave up and hauled out my egg shape air fryer....takes along time to toast bread...not worth the money..
