Bought one about 3 weeks ago. I used it a couple times and I like it. Food came out good.

Stopped heating after about 6 months. Went in trash.

Does not heat as well as it should

It worked well at the beginning, but 3 months later it just stopped working. Couldn’t get it fixed and had to dispose it.

I have used this item a handful of times and now it does not heat up. Called customer service they were no help. Don’t waste your money

Heating elements went out in 10 months. Never would make fries crispy but did make good pizza at first.

Bought this replace my egg shaped 9qt power XL and boy i regret it. Takes 10 min for bacon?! Pizza frozen takes 30-35 min come on this sucks!

We thoroughly read the instructions before using it. All 3 times, it smoked up my kitchen so bad that my smoke alarm went off each time.

Haven’t had mine a year heating element went out ! Customer service is of no help. Don’t waste your money on this junk……

It quit work in less than 6 months! I didn't save the receipt so couldn't return it. So Frustrating!!!! Don’t buy this!!!!!
