Great product! I have only used it as an air fryer, but am looking forward to its other uses! It's big enough that it holds several servings and I couldn't be happier with it so far

Love this so much that after I used mine for a while, I purchased this one as a gift for my daughter. I was able to get rid of some small appliances since this can air fry, bake, broil, toast, etc. Well worth the money and the counter space!

This product is extremely, I do mean extremely, difficult to clean. I going to buy a different brand/style later this week because I've procrastinated cleaning this airfryer after using it a couple of days ago. The food is not worth the clean up.

I haven't been using longer than a month and the some heating elements went out. Now it won't Air Fry. And it takes 2x as long to cook with normal oven setting. I should of known better when I bought it since I was familiar with the brand

My spouse purchased this air fryer before Christmas because it was larger. Today I was looking to see why our landline wasn’t working; I went to every phone and even our brother fax machine. Until I went into the kitchen and checked our main line, I was obviously very upset. The telephone cord was burned almost in half, the splitter was melted, the yellow tag attached to the electric cord was crinkled like it was too hot, the metal on back of the unit was burned with black plastic from the telephone line and cord wrapped. I took pictures and called our local Sam’s Club, spoke with Member Management to take this product off the shelves. Rose stated she would call corporate, requested the numbers on the back of the XR and she or Corporate would get back to me. Rose was very professional, kind and helpful in this frightening situation. She asked that we bring back the unit and she would fully refund the purchase. Mind you my husband always pull the unit back from the wall 5 inches as required before using it. Thank God he did this or the kitchen would have caught fire. Don’t continue to use this unit, house fires can unfortunately be deadly.

When you have so many functions in a gadget it can only do a little of all available options. It is a terrible Air Fryer and takes very long to do what it needs to. The drip tray is slowly rusting and replacement parts are more expensive, overall I am disappointed. It is too late to return it, but Sam's needs to take this off its shelf.

This was purchased to replace a Power XL air fryer which was difficult to lock in place so it would switch on. It takes much longer to air fry. I’m going to need to purchase another air fryer. The knob is difficult to turn, and it’s inconvenient to wait twice as long for food to cook.

This smokes badly when cooking meats. I have to open window and doors. Turning on stove vent not effective. The smoke is so bad, it sets off my smoke detectors. Although to be honest, I liked the smoky flavor in the meat. Gonna return this. My old Nuwave air fryer with the pull out drawer didn’t smoke like this.

I received this as a gift, had to tell them I am afraid to use it. The tray inserts are not large enough to stay secure in the slot provided on the sides. they fall and each time I tried to reset them them I almost burnt my fingers . the trays are too small for this air fryer.

I purchased this oven sometime in February. It worked amazingly up until today July 25. So about 5 months of use. I was cooking in my oven when I heard a little bit of a strange sound but it did not sound super alarming however just then it started shooting out a spray of sparks about a foot and a half out on the outside bottom of the oven. It scared me to death thinking I was about to burn the house down. It is this reason I am giving it one star because if that is a flaw somebody will burn their house down
