Don't know who designed this but they don't cook much. You have to put the bottom tray UNDER the heating element. So, when you cook it burns on the element. I keep the tray they give you over the element always but you can't clean it. I keep foil on it. I mainly use this as my toaster/toaster oven. I don't care for it as an air fryer. Takes too long. Will not buy this again.

I bought this 295 days a go when it was on sale It doesn’t heat very well It is impossible to clean I mean IMPOSSIBLE not hard There is no where you can buy any of the included parts if one of them got damaged And apparently members satisfaction guarantee means they won’t take it back after 270 days This will be the last time I buy any appliances from Sams.

3 weeks waiting for this company to respond to the problem of the unit not working properly. It stopped working at 10 months old. Had to wait on the phone for almost 2 hours to speak with someone. And honestly I’m not will to pay for it to be sent back to the company. That $30. plus would be better spent towards a new unit of another brand.

When I purchased this air fryer in August 2021, I thought it was working okay. I had a different brand air fryer prior to this one and because it stopped working suddenly, I rushed to Sam’s to buy this one. Over time, the cooking time took longer and longer, so I am back to using my regular oven. The toaster feature just does not work. Toasts come out dry and hard no matter what you do. Don’t buy this.

Our air fryer stopped working when the bake element wiring overheated and melted apart. It would have been very difficult to replace the element. After over a year this air fryer became very very dirty and the inside drip pan cannot be cleaned effectively. You must remove it and scrub it clean after each use to have a chance. After that it becomes baked on permanent black grease. I like air frying but will probably try a different manufacturer/model.

looks are deceiving

I got this for Christmas. It took a little getting used to, but at first it seemed okay. It didn't brown toast, but did okay with other things. It has slowly, gradually degraded over the course of 7 months. Now, it barely gets warm and you can forget about trying to actually cook anything in it. The company only offers a 90 day guarantee. Save your money. Don't waste it on this garbage. Buy a brand that you trust.
