Chicken patties and tater tots were a little struggle till I put the patties on top and the tots under. Seemed to work better.

I am not in love with the dials for their lack of accuracy in regards to time and temp but I am completely in love with the airfry/grill setting!!! It is going to be so nice this winter to get grilled din ers without having to go outside!

It was great while it lasted. We bought this two years ago and it now only intermittently works. Otherwise it was a great product and we cooked a variety of food in it.

Got one in Nov 2020. Took it home and after 2 days it stopped working. Sams took it back and replaced with a new one. It’s Feb 22, it it is done. It looks nice and it was the exact size I needed but I expect it to last at least 3 years.

When you open the door the airfryer doesn't turn off. The knobs are hard to turn. I've had 2 other airfryers and this one is just cheap and for $100+ you can find one that's better I'm sure of it!

Very disappointed gets very very hot on bottom filled kitchen with smoke and didn't even cook my chicken wings all the way it's going in the trash buying another one like my old air fryer.

Not happy at all with this product. Smokes up the house when grilling. Timer is has number for every 20 minutes, the degree has numbers for every 25 degrees.gets very hot underneath, you may want to get something to go under the fryer.

Haven’t had this more than about a year. Like so many others, it was fabulous at first but elements and heating capabilities quickly diminished. Doesn’t even toast a piece of bread anymore.

Nice features, cooks well, but very poor quality. The finish on the grilling plate was flaking off after just a few uses. Wrote a complaint on the manufacturers website and sent in a picture. So far, no response.
