Air Fryer Grill Power XL

I bought this 295 days a go when it was on sale It doesn’t heat very well It is impossible to clean I mean IMPOSSIBLE not hard There is no where you can buy any of the included parts if one of them got damaged And apparently members satisfaction guarantee means they won’t take it back after 270 days This will be the last time I buy any appliances from Sams.

I went from using the “egg” shape airfryer to using this and I can’t believe how long it takes to cook something. I often wonder if maybe it came with a defect from the beginning. I’ve had this for probably a year now. And I just hate the thing. Seriously my kids have to wait forever for their food. I just got done airfrying Texas garlic toast and it was TWENTY minutes! The box says 5-6 for even a toaster oven. I got rid of my toaster as well and toasting bread or pop tarts is insane. Maybe mine is a lemon . I just don’t recommend it.

I really liked this little oven. It served me well. I like the air fryer, toaster, broiler, bake modes. I’ve had it for about 1 1/2 years. I expected more service but I gave out this morning. I was cooking bacon and noticed after 40 minutes that nothing was happening. It was putting out cold air.

When I purchased this air fryer in August 2021, I thought it was working okay. I had a different brand air fryer prior to this one and because it stopped working suddenly, I rushed to Sam’s to buy this one. Over time, the cooking time took longer and longer, so I am back to using my regular oven. The toaster feature just does not work. Toasts come out dry and hard no matter what you do. Don’t buy this.

I've been using this 2 years and it does air fry well. It grills and bakes and so far I haven't had a problem with it cooking. The problem is after using it a bit it becomes impossible to clean it. The material used on the inside will not come clean no matter how hard you scrub. The more you use it the more of a fire Hazzard it becomes. I'm scared to keep using it. I have seen one burst into flames because of the baked on grease inside the oven. There is just no way to clean it. I received this as a Christmas gift and truly hated the thought of having to toss it but after seeing how it smokes when I turn it on I know it's a fire Hazzard. It's only a matter of time if I keep using it.

A good amount of cooking space and it does an 'OK' job with air frying pre-cooked frozen food but takes about 50% longer than traditional air fryers. The toaster feature is a joke, takes about 20 minutes to toast 4 slices of bread. Not recommended to replace your toaster over.

Timer stopped working on the first one within a few months. I called power xl and told me to send it back at my own expense, which would have cost half of what I paid for ir. So much for their warranty! Sam's was nice enough to exchange it for me. Worked for about a year. Never really worked all that great. Took longer than it should to air fry foods. The elements started getting way too hot and burned everything, then it completely stopped getting hot, blew out cold air. Waist of money! Total piece of garbage!

This poorly planned and executed appliance is impossible to clean. Sharp edges and endless variations in surface levels prevent any realist cleaning. It smokes like an un-tuned diesel engine and sets of the smoke alarm all to often. There is no seal on the door and grease leaks out of the bottom onto the counter. The knobs are smooth, too smooth and difficult to grip and turn, even with dry hands. Sam's you should embarrassed to sell junk like this.I will be returning it, if they will take it back.

I bought this 6 months ago & have been using it almost daily since. My husband started complaining to me when he would unplug it after using it that the cord was hot so I checked it out & it indeed was very hot! For that reason we won’t be using it anymore. I’ve emailed the company in case they aren’t aware.
