I did d a lot of research before purchasing the WGen5300s, it had tons of great reviews across the internet. I am very happy with its size and various outlets. One of the best features is the electric start it’s so easy my 10 year old starts it up no problem. Check out this generator if you are looking for solid performance at a realistic price.

I was impressed with the size of the unit, smaller than expected and fairly easy to handle. Since I just received it yesterday, I haven't started it up yet but the instructions are very straightforward. I bought this unit for emergency power outages as the weather here in Texas has been very unpredictable over the last few years.

Easy to follow directions and simple initial set-up. Started right up and ran flawlessly for half hour. I had only added a little bit of gasoline to the tank and so engine quit when fuel was consumed. Directions advise running for 1-hour before hooking up any devices. I'll add more fuel and run longer today.

I purchased the first one and it came with the generator cover smashed like i saw on other reviews. it was strange because the box was not really damaged. I took a chance and ordered another one. The new one came today and it was not damaged. This one did have oil in the box and on the frame of the generator though so i thought maybe the oil they sent had leaked but it did not, must have just been where they drained it from the factory. I put the legs and wheels on (very simple) and oil and gas, started on about the 3rd pull. Seems to run fine, i have high hopes that it will do good. I have not really tried to run anything on it except for a shop vac just to make sure it works. Will test it out a little this weekend though.I like the appearance and the weight. Cant beat the price on this either, hopefully this will be a good purchase.

I pick this up yesterday assembled it. Turned on the gas set chock went to connect battery, there was gas running from the carburetor. Did not try to start it. So today went out tapped the carburetor, turned on the gas again this time no gas linking, connected battery, fired right up no problems runs great.

I ordered this unit as part of my emergency preparedness for this coming storm season. Place the order on may 24th and it was promptly delivered via fed ex 9 days sooner than expected. The packaging was intact with minimal dings and such. Hardware was easy to assemble and instructions and for start up as well as the machines warranty info and manual were concise yet easy to read. Powerful for its size, it runs everything I need and could add more if we’re necessary.. I especially love the run time on such a small tank of fuel. I could not be more satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it

We just bought it, it was recommended to us by a family member. We chose this one because of electric starting. Wanted duel fuel but it did not come with all 3. Our neighbor was asking about it and told him where we got it. Putting wheels on today. We feel this will work for our needs. Fridge, fan, tv, phone.

We bought this Westinghouse generator because we live in FL and we lived thru Hurricane Ian but had to borrow a friends generator for two weeks, as we’d lost power. We decided that it was time to purchase one for ourselves and we did our research and checked reviews. This generator got the best reviews and had all the features we needed. Now, we hope that we don’t have to use it, but at least we have piece of mind!

I bought one 1/23 quick working went through a horrible time trying to get fixed. They keep from 7/10/23 till I continued to call until around 11/14/23. They finally decided to give me new one. The shop Westinghouse told me to take to said their generators are a piece of crap.

gen arrived in one piece no damage,put the wheels and vibration pads on (took 2 minutes) filled with req oil amount ,started on the second pull ,plugged a 120 volt heater into and it works as advertised,,a little noisy but at this price point they all are ,,,hopefully it will give years of reliable service,,, happy camper
