I’ve been running the generator just to make sure it will work during a hurricane and it seems to run very well. I put a load on it and it ran like a champ. I really enjoy the push start, and I was very surprised how quiet it is compared to our older one.

We bought this last year and just last weekend finally opened the box and had a relative with more knowledge than us show us how to use it. We were afraid of doing it wrong and causing problems. I've had the power go out at my house twice in the past 3 months. My sump pump runs constantly and my back up battery system could not handle the load. I researched portable generators and found the Westinghouse unit to have the highest ratings, wattage and value for the money. It was an easy assembly and the wheel and handle make it very easy to move around. With this unit I can run my sump pump and multiple other items anytime regardless of weather or utility power.

I decided to purchase a new generator as my other is very old. It was very easy to assemble wheels and fill with oil. Connected it to my 30 amp line connected to my power box , gassed it up hit the electric start button and it instantly started. It powers up my whole house. I let it run for an hour or so and Happy Happy Happy. However B 4 you purchase a generator talk to an electrician first about what wattage is good for your home . I would highly recommend a Westinghouse generator for home use.

I received this Generator 2 days after ordering it. It was packed extremely well for shipping. The only things that needed done after it was unpacked was put on the wheels, add oil, plug in the battery and fill the gas tank. After that it fired right up. i would recommend this generator. it is a high quality product.

I bought this generator a result of the power outages we experienced during our winter and for projects around the property. I also needed something strong enough to power my small welding machine. With all the positive reviews, I truly believe it will last !

The generator worked immediately right out of the box. Plenty of power to run multiple devices including a window ac and a refrigerator during our major power outage. My family and I are very pleased with this emergency purchase. We recently went through hurricane Beryl her in Texas and we lost power during the height of the storm for 4 brutal days with temperatures around 90F! I hope we do not have another hurricane, but I am happy to have this unit taking up truly little space in our garage and knowing it will start if and when I need it! Overall, this a good generator for emergency use and I recommend this investment to anyone looking for emergency power during a hurricane.

I bought this just last week and package in good condition. Had it unpacked, assembled and running in about 15 minutes. Just had to pop on the wheels and foot pads, add the supplied oil and a little gas and it started on the second pull. Very quiet and smooth running. I needed a dual purpose generator I could use for home backup and on the road for camping with adequate power. This unit is exactly what I wanted. and at a great price. Plus They offer a free cover.
